በ2013ዓ/ም የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ከሰሜን እስከ ደቡብ፣ ከምስራቅ እስከ ምዕራብ ያሉ ዜጎች ሞተዋል፣ ቆስለዋል፣ ተሰደዋል፣ ተፈናቅለዋል፣ ተርበዋል፡፡  ሰው ሰው ያልሸተቱ የጦር አበጋዝ መንግሥቶች አንድ ሽህ አንድ የድንበርና ወሰን ግጭቶች ሃገሪቱን ወደ ማያባራ ጦርነቶች ከተዋል፡፡

የኢትዮጵያ ጦር አበጋዞች በስመ ሶሻሊዝም የብሄር ብሄረሰብን ጥያቄ በማራገብ፣ ማርክሲዝም ሌኒኒዝም፣ ማኦይዝም ደቀ መዝሙር የነበሩ የጀሌውን ወጣቶች ህሊና አጠቡት፡፡ የጦር አበጋዞቹ እልፍ አእላፍ ገበሬዎችን በወታደርነት በመመልመልና አንዱን ዘር በሌላው ዘር ላይ ጥላቻ በመቀስቀስ፣ የራሳቸውን ታማኝ ጦር ማደራጀት ቻሉ፡፡ የጦር አበጋዞቹ  የማንነት ጥያቄ ኢንተርፕሬነር ፈላስፎች ሆኑ፡፡ በኢትዩጵያ ውስጥ በዘመነ-ጦር አበጋዞች ‹‹የማንነት ጥያቄ›› ዘውጌ ብሄረተኛነት  በጉጠኛነት፣ በዘውገኛነትና በዘር ላይ የተመሠረቱ ድርጅቶች መኃል፤ አንጋፋው ህዝባዊ ግምባር ሓርነት ኤርትራ (ህግሓኤ)፣ ኤርትራ አርነት ግንባር (ኤአግ)፣ ህዝባዊ ወያነ ሓርነት ትግራይ (ህወሓት)፣ ግምባር ገድሊ ሓርነት ትግራይ (ግገሓት)፣ የኦሮሞ ነፃነት ግንባር (ኦነግ)፣ የኦሮሞ እስላማዊ ነፃ አውጭ ግንባር (ኦእነግ)፣ ምዕራብ ሶማልያ ነፃ አውጭ ግንባር (ምሶነግ)፣ በሱማሌ (ኦኤንሌኤፍ)፣ የኦጋዴን ብሄራዊ ነፃ አውጪ ግንባር (ኦብነግ)፣ በጋንቤላ ነፃ አውጪ ግንባር (ጋነግ)፣ የሲዳማ አርነት (ሲአን)፣ ቤኒ-ሻንጉል ነፃአውጪ ግንባር፣ አፋር ነፃ አውጭ ግንባር (አነግ) ወዘተ ማዕከላዊውን መንግስት በማዳከም የፖለቲካ ስልጣን የሚቆጣጠሩበት ስርዓት ሆነ፡፡ በዘመነ-ጦር አበጋዞች በነፃ አውጭ ስም፣ በአንድ ዘር ላይ የተመሠረተ የግላቸው ሎሌ ጦር ሰራዊት ለራሳቸው ጥቅምና ስልጣን በማደራጀትና በመመልመል በብሔራቸው ስም ስልጣን ለመያዥ ይታገላሉ ጀመር፡፡ የጦር አበጋዞቹ በግለሰቦችና በተለያዩ ቡድኖች ላይ ጥላቻን በመፍጠር የራሳቸውን የጦር ሰራዊት በማቆቆም ጥቅማቸውን ያስጠብቃሉ፡፡ የኢህአዴግ ህወሓት (የትግራይ)፣ ኦህዴድ (የኦሮሞ)፣ ብአዴን (አማራ)፣ ደቡብ ወዘተ በዘርና ቌንቌ  ላይ የተመሠረተ  የማንነት መታወቂያ የሚሠጡ የንግድ ድርጅት ጋር ይወዳደራሉ፣ በዛም የዘርህ ግንድ ተጣርቶ መታወቂያ ይሰጥህና በጀት ተደልድሎልህ፣ ሥራና ደሞዝ ይቆረጥልሃል ማለት ነው፡፡ ‹‹የማንነት መታወቂያ የሚሠጥ የንግድ ድርጅት አመሰራረቱ፣ በግለሰብና በቡድን የተደራጁ ግለሰቦች የግል ፍልጎታቸውንና ጥቅማቸውን ለማስጠበቅ ሲሉ የቡድን የማንነት ጥያቄን በማራገብ  ዘውጌ ብሄርተኛነትን በህዝብ ላይ በኃይል የሚጭኑበት ስርአት ነው፡፡ የጦር አበጋዞቹ በተለይ ተለዋዋጭ ሁኔታዎቹን ሁሉ በመጠቀምና ያለውን ክፍተት፣ ልዩነትና ጥላቻን በማራገብና እንዲሁም አዲስ ልዩነቶችን በመፍጠር በኃይል በመጠቀም  ዘውጌ ብሄርተኛነትን ይፈበርካሉ፡፡ ኢትዮጵያ ከሰማንያ በላይ የዘርና ቌንቌ ያለት ሃገር በመሆኖ ወደ ሰማንያ መንግሥታት ምሥረታ መሸጋገራችን አይቀሬ ነው፡፡ የኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራሊዝም በጂኦግራፊያዊ አከላለል ቢከፋፈል ግጭት ይጠፋል፡፡ ክልሎችን በዘር እና በቌንቌ በድንበር እየለያዩ መለየት የትግራይ፣ የአማራ፣ የኦሮሞ፣ የሲዳማ፣ የወላይታ፣ የጉራጌ፣ የሃዲያ፣ ወዘተ ‹‹ክልላዊ ብሄራዊ መንግሥት›› በማለት ድንበርና ወሰን ማካለል ወደማያባራ ግጭትና ጦርነት ህዝብን ይከተዋል፡፡ ዛሬ የምናየው በየቦታው የተከሰተው የህዝብ መፈናቀል የህወሓት/ኢህአዴግ የፈለሰፈው በዘር እና በቌንቌ ላይ የተመሠረተ የፊዴራል መንግሥት ሥርዓት አወቃቀር ነው እንላለን፡፡
