1. Excellent Gedu ! That’s great! Even if it’s delayed, it’s important to admit mistakes and apologize to those who are suffering.
   You and Christian were the only ones who officially opposed the “boy king” in the inactive parliament. Christian ended up in jail, while you managed to outmaneuver Abiy’s deception and left Ethiopia. Since then, you have come out of hiding, exposed Abiy’s deception, and issued a call to action on how to remove the shenanigans Abiy and his cronies, which is excellent!
   While naysayer’s and Abiy’s paid propagandists may speak out against you this is a promising start. The shenanigans boy king is 60 years in the past; everything he does is outdated and theatrical display!
   By the way, Taye Denddea is another courageous politician who has openly opposed the boy king.
   Amhara, Tigray, Oromo, and others should unite to bring peace to Ethiopia and not be deceived by the young king!

5. Well, the very courage of regretting and apologizing does have its own true and consequential meaning when it first challenges our own inner souls and does make a very genuine and uncompromising reconciliation within ourselves. If it is not, it will remain a matter of rhetoric of which it may resurface with its ugly face whenever it may have a kind of opportunity sooner or later. I hope Gedu’s case will continue to be otherwise.
   The very statement of Gedu Andargachew which essentially includes a sense of regret and apology is most welcome as such and he deserves not just emotion-driven welcome but a welcome with a very constructive critique.
   I do not think the very idea of do not talk or write any kind of criticism about what he used to be and what he had been doing in a very long period of an ethno-centric criminal political system does make sense at all both politically and morally.

   Expressing our criticism in a constructive and positively effective way is one thing; but do not criticize and make him disappointed and force him to distance himself from the ongoing struggle of rooting out the very brutal and criminal political system of ethno-centrism in which he served with an absolute loyalty for more than three decades is political stupid and morally bankrupt to us!!

   I strongly argue that if he or his likes consider critical ideas and opinions on the question of how they sincerely are trying hard to correct the very terrible things they had done by being parts and parcels of a deadly criminal political system as insults or personal attacks, so be it and the best thing for them is to stay away from peoples’ business and mind their own personal business and wait for what a transitional justice shall say about it. There must not be the need for unnecessarily stretched way of engaging them .
   I strongly argue that guys such as Gedu Andargachew must be welcomed with all very critical concepts of regret, apology, and the willingness to be responsible and accountable!
   I sincerely believe that they ( people who distanced and will distance themselves from the so called Prosperity Party can have their own role (contribution) in the process of the struggle to make a democratic system a reality in the areas of providing missed information about the system they sued to belong , advisory services , sharing expertise they had as cadres of the system they served , activists ; not as strategists, planners, political an policy decision making role , or critical positions of any kind etc. at least until the transitional justice would be done and a new and democratic system would be established.

6. ከሃራሬም ከአዲስ አበባም ከአውሮፓና ስሜን አሜሪካም የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ማረኝ በድያለሁ ለማለት የዳዳቸው ብዙዎች ናቸው። ግን ትላንት ዛሬ ባለመሆኑ እልፎችን ካስጨረሱ በህዋላ አሁን ይህ ነው ያ ነው ማለቱ ጊዜ ያለፈበት ንስሃ ነው። ሲጀመር ገድ አንዳርጋቸው በወያኔም ዘመን ወያኔን ያገለገለ በብልጽግናውም በልዪ ልዪ ስፍራ ተሹሞ አሜን ብሎ የኖረ ግለሰብ ነው። የሚገርመው የኢትዪጱያ ፓለቲከኞች እውነቱን የሚናገሩት ሲኮበልሉ ብቻ ነው። ለዚያውም ግማሽ እውነት ብቻ ነው የሚነግሩን! በወያኔ ዘመን የሆነውን ሁሉ እያየ ዝም ብሎ የኖረ ባለስልጣን አሁን ካሉት የሚለየው የቱ ላይ ነው? አብረው የብሄር ፓለቲካን ሲያስፈጩና ሲበትኑ የነበሩ የፓለቲካ ወስላቶች መጠለያቸውን ካስተካከሉ በህዋላ እንዲህ ብዬ ነብር፤ እንዲህ አድርጌ ነበር፤ ያን ተሳስቼ ይህን ተቃውሜ እያሉ ቢለፉ ቀጣፊነት እንጂ ፍሬ የለውም። ከቁራሽ የቀረችው የሃበሻ ምድር በአፓርታይድ ክልል ተሸንሽና ካሳለፍነው ጊዜ በከፋ ሁኔታ ህግና ስርዓት ፈርሶ ጠበንጃ አንጋች ከሚራወጥባት ምድር ራስን አግሎና ውጭ ተቀምጦ እንዲህ ነው እንዲያ ነው ቢሉት ለህዝባችን ኢምንት ጠቀሜታ አይኖረውም።
   ያው እንደበፊቱ ሁሉ አሁንም ያኔም የውጭ ሃገር መንግስታት ጉዳይ ማስፈጸሚያ ለመሆኑ ፈረሱም ሜዳውም ተመቻችቷል። በአንድ በኩል አስታራቂ በሌላ በኩል እሳት ለኳሽና አቀጣጣይ የሆኑት እነዚህ መልካቸው ያለቅጥ የነጣው ሰዎች የጥቁር ህዝቦችን የበላይነት አይሹም። በቅርቡ የብድር ዶላር ለማግኘት ተብሎ በ 30% የረከሰው ብር ገና ብዙ ገመና ያመጣል። የጥቁር ገቢያን ጥቁር ገቢያን በመምሰልም ሆነ በመቅደም ማስቀረት አይቻልም። ሲጀመር አበዳሪ ሃገሮች ብድር የሚሰጡት የራሳቸውን ትርፍ በማስላት እንጂ ለሃገር ግንባታ ወይም ለህዝቦች ደህንነት በማሰብ አይደለም። ልክ እንደ ዝንባቤው የወረቀት ገንዘብ ብሩም አሻሮ ይሆንና ዋ እንዲህ ያለ ጊዜም ይምጣ የምንልበት ወቅት ገና እንደርሳለን። የኤርትራ ኢኮኖሚ ከኢትዮጵያ ኢኮኖሚ ልቆ ነው አንድ ዶላር በ 15 ናቅፋ የሚቀየረው? የምን ነጻ ገቢያ ነው? ለመሆኑ ነጻ ገቢያ የሚባል በዓለም ላይ አለን? ግራም ነፈሰ ቀኝ ጊዜ ሁሉን ይፋ ያደርገዋል። አቶ ገድ አንዳርጋቸውም በዘመናቸው ሁሉ የሆነውን እውነቱን ብቻ የራስ ክብርንም የሚነካ ነገር እንኳን ቢኖር ባለመደበቅ የኖሩበትን፤ የሰሩትን፤ የተሰራውን ገመና በመጽሃፍ መልክ ለትውልድ ቢያቀርቡ መልካም ነው። በተረፈ ለኢትዪጵያ መከራ ተጠያቂዎቹ ያ ትውልድና የአሁኖቹ የብሄር ሰካራሞች ጥምረት እንደሆነ መዘንጋት የለበትም። በ11ኛው ሰአት ላይ መኮብለል በሃበሻ ምድር የተለመደ ነው። ገና ብዙዎች በዚህም በዚያም ይራወጣሉ። የውጭው ዓለምም ጥገኛ መቀበል ሰልችቶታል። ታዲያ የት ሊገባ ይሆን? የዛሬ የመድረክ ፎካሪዎች መከራ የላሰው ህዝብ ሆ ብሎ ሲነሳ መግቢያ መውጫ አይኖራቸውም። እንስበት፤ እናያለን!

7. Ato Gedu has brought up excellent and very instructive opinions. There are several points that proponents of the Amhara survival struggle will benefit from.

   However, to say Gedu “ፋኖን ተቀላቅሏል” would be to insult the Amhara survival struggle. befilseta wazema, nuzazew lenefsu yibejew yihonal inji, shuashua lemesryam bihon yemigodlut gizuf negeroch allu.

   It is clear that Ato Gedu Andargachew is making a job application for the new (prospective) Ethiopian government (with grooming by the same forces that groomed Abiy Ahmed and Lemma Demography).

   He went to Europe, defended his Ph.D. thesis in May, and in August (with a boosted resume), he makes a job application in the form of a fake nuzaze. If not fake, just half-hearted and deceptive.
   For the nuzaze to have any significance for Amhara survival, Gedu should have renounced the ethnic-apartheid system and the constitution that has served as an effective system for incubating and hatching forces that carry out a genocide on the Amhara people. A system that has imprisoned the Amhara in killils, targeted them for marginalization and subjected them to torture and degradation. He spent his entire life establishing this genocidal system and now he wants to leave the system intact and blame everything on an evil Abiy Ahmed and his atrocious and deceitful 6-year-rule. No. Gedu needs to come clean and put the blame where it rightfully belongs: the ethnic apartheid political system of Ethiopia that he helped get established, the very one that is the recipe for fascism and genocide.

8. If Gedu Andargachew is willing to apologize for his past actions and demonstrates a genuine commitment to opposing Abiy Ahmed, the opposition can strategically leverage his influence.
   To my Tigrayan brothers and sisters, I must ask: why do you remain silent while your leader, Getachew Reda, Debretsion, the Generals collaborate closely with Abiy? If Gedu acknowledges his mistakes and takes responsibility, how is he any different from those within your ranks who have become tools for Abiy, like Getachew?
   What Abiy is currently imposing on the hardworking people of Ethiopia is unprecedented in its cruelty, exceedingly even the darkest periods under Meles, Mengistu, and Haile Selassie combined. And on top of that, he is a pathological liar, devoid of empathy or sympathy.
   To our Oromo brothers and sisters, I urge you not to be complicit in Abiy’s agenda. If you refuse to be his obedient servant, he will discard you without hesitation, just as he has done by assassinating heroes like Batte Urgessa and Hachalu Hundessa or imprisoning figures like Taye Dendea.
   To our Amhara brothers and sisters, I must ask: what has happened to your unity? If Amharas continue to divide and attack one another in the name of Amhara, whether through hollow praise, unfounded condemnation, or by playing favorites within your communities, the consequences will be awful. These actions threaten not just your present but the very future of Ethiopians including the Amhara people. Without unity, there can be no Ethiopia where Amharas live freely in their homeland.
   Today, Amhara Fano stands as a powerful symbol and model for other oppressed peoples in our country, earning the respect of governments around the world. We cannot afford to let this opportunity slip through our fingers. However, we must not ignore the escalating conflicts that pose a threat to our cause. We must address these challenges head-on, identifying weaknesses and closing gaps before it is too late. Only through unity and attentiveness can we secure a future where all Ethiopians, Amhara, Tigray, Oromo and others can live with dignity and freedom.
