ከፍሬው አበበ
ፓትርያርክ አቡነ ማትያስ በኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋህዶ ቤ/ክ ጠቅላይ መንበረ ፓትርያርክ ጽ/ቤት በኩል «ስሜ ጠፍቷል» ብለው ከመሰረቱብኝ የወንጀል እና የፍትሐብሄር ክስ በአንዱ (በወንጀሉ) በነጻ የመሰናበቴ ጉዳይ ተሰምቷል፡፡ ብዙ ወዳጆቼና ጓደኞቼ እንደወጉ «እንኳን ደስ ያለህ» ሲሉኝ እኔም እንደ ወግ ልማዱ «እንኳን አብሮ ደስ አለን!» ስል ሰንብቻለሁ፡፡ ነገሩ ግን በፍርድ አደባባይ ባላንጣን እንደመርታት የሚያስፈነድቅ፣ የሚያስደስት ነገር የለውም፡፡
ሲጀምር ከሳሽ የሃይማኖት አባቴ ናቸው፡፡ የሀገር አባት፣ ፓትርያርክ ናቸው፡፡ በቅዱስ መጽሐፉ አስተምህሮ የሠላም፣ የፍቅር፣ የመቻቻል፣ የይቅርታ ተምሳሌት ናቸው፡፡ በዚህ እሳቤዬ ምክንያት ነው፤ ክሱ ሲመሰረት ትንሽ እንደአለማመንም፣ እንደመገረምም አድርጎኝ የነበረው፡፡ ነገሩ ውሎ አድሮ ሲርየስ መሆኑ እስኪገባኝ ድረስ ጊዜ ወስዶብኝ ነበር፡፡ ከሳሽ የጸሑፉን ባለቤት ዲ/ን ዳንኤል ክብረትን አጣምሮ መክሰስ ይችል ነበር፣ ግን አላደረገውም፡፡ እኔን አንድ ምስኪን ጋዜጠኛ የ100 ሺ ብር ካሳ ከሚጠይቀኝ ተቋሜን አብሮ ቢከስ የበለጠ ያዋጣው ነበር፣ ይህንንም አላደረገም፡፡ ከምንም በላይ የገረመኝ ይቅር ባይነትን በምታስተምር ቤተክህነት መሪ የሆኑትን ትልቁ አባቴን መልካም ስም አጎደፍክ ተብዬ አለማዊ ፍ/ቤት መቆሜ ነበር፡፡ የህሊና ጫናው ልቋቋመው የምችለው ዓይነት አልነበረም፡፡
እናም ምን አደረግን!?
«ተው ግዴለህም….ነገሩ በይቅርታ ይለቅ» ያሉኝን ተቆርቋሪ ወዳጆቼን ምክር መስማት ነበረብኝ፡፡ እኔም ብዙ ርቀት ሄጄ መንፈሳዊ አባቴን ይቅርታ ያደርጉልኝ ዘንድ ለመለመንም ወስኜ መንቀሳቀሴ የሚደበቅ አልነበረም፡፡ ለምን ይህንን አሰብኩኝ? ምክንያቴ ግልጽ ነበር፡፡ ምንም እንኳን ጥፋት አለ ብዬ ባላምንም አቡኑ መንፈሳዊ አባቴ ናቸውና ቅር ስለተሰኙ ብቻ ይቅርታ መጠየቄ የእግዚአብሔር መንገድ ነው ብዬ በጽኑ በማመኔ ነበር፡፡ ምናልባት ይህ ሙከራዬ በከሳሾቼ ዘንድ እንደሽንፈት ተቆጥሮ «ዋጋውን እናሰጠዋለን!» የሚል መታበይ ውስጥ ከቷቸው ይሆን? እንጃ ማን… ያውቃል? እናም የይቅርታ ጥያቄዬ ነገ ዛሬ እየተባለ፣ እየተጓተተ ምላሹ ራቀ፡፡ «አጓተቱት» ከማለት ይልቅ «እምቢ አሉ» የሚለው ነገሩን የበለጠ ሳይገልጸው አይቀርም፡፡ በቃ!… የነበረኝ ብቸኛና አስገዳጅ አማራጭ በዚያው በፍ/ቤት መድረክ እውነታውን መጋፈጥ ብቻ ሆነ፡፡ እናም የሙያዊ አበርክቶቱን ለማድረግ ከጎኔ ከተሰለፈው ጠበቃዬ ነቢዩ እና ሌሎች ወዳጆቼ ጋር እየተመካከርን ያለፉትን 9 ወራት የፍ/ቤት ደጅ ስንጠና ለመክረም ተገደድን፡፡
በክርክራችን ለፍ/ቤቱ ለማስረዳት ከታገልንባቸው ነጥቦች አንዱ በጋዜጣችን ላይ የተስተናገደው ጹሑፍ ስም የሚያጠፋ ሳይሆን የተለመደ ትችት ወይንም ሒስ የመሆኑን ጉዳይ ነው፡፡ ትችት ደግሞ የፕሬስ ነጻነት አንዱ መገለጫና የተፈቀደ ነው የሚል ይዘት ያለው ክርክር ያቀረብን ሲሆን ይህን ለማስረዳት ካቀረብናቸው ሶስት የሰው ምስክሮች (ዲ/ን ዳንኤል ክብረትን ጨምሮ) በተጨማሪ የተቋማት ምስክርነት እንዲሰጥ ጠይቀን በተፈቀደው መሰረት ሁለት መንግሥታዊ ተቋማት እና አንድ የሙያ ማህበር በጋዜጣው ላይ የወጣውን ጹሑፍ ገምግመው የጹሑፉ ይዘት ሒስ ነው ወይንስ የስም ማጥፋት ነው የሚለውን ሙያዊ ምስክርነታቸውን በጹሑፍ እንዲሰጡ አደረግን፡፡ ተቋማቱ በአጭሩ በጋዜጣው ላይ የወጣው ጹሑፍ ትችት ወይንም ሂስ እንጂ ስም ማጥፋት አይደለም አሉ፡፡ በስተመጨረሻም ፍ/ቤቱ ግራ ቀኙን መዝኖ «የጠፋ ስም የለም!»በሚል ልክ ያለፈው ሳምንት በዛሬዋ ቀን በነጻ ሊያሰንብተኝ በቃ፡፡
በፍትሐብሄር የቀረበብኝ የ100 ሺ ብር የህሊና ጉዳት ካሳ ይከፈለን ክስ ግን ገና መቋጫ አላገኘም፡፡ በዚህም ክስ እግዚአብሄር ከእኔ ጎን እንደሚቆም አንዳች ጥርጥር የለኝም፡፡
በሁኔታው ምን ተሰማህ ብላችሁ ደጋግማችሁ ለጠየቃችሁኝ፡- በክሱ ሒደት ጠቃሚ ውሳኔ ስላገኘሁኝ እንደሰው መደሰቴ እውነት ቢሆንም ፓትርያርክን ያህል አባት አሸነፈ ተብሎ መነገሩ ግን አያስደስትም፡፡ ይህ ዓይነቱ ቡረቃ እንደእኔ ላለው ለመንፈስ ልዕልና ዋጋ ለሚሰጥ ሰው የሚገባ አይደለም፣ ያሸነፍኩት እኔ ሳልሆን የእውነት አምላክ እግዚአብሔር ነውና፡፡
በመጨረሻም፡-…
ክሱ የተነሳ ሰሞን በፌስቡክ፣ በቲውተር፣ በብሎግ…. ቁጣችሁን፣ ሃዘናችሁን፣ ግርምታችሁን ያካፈላችሁን ወዳጆቼ፣ በተግባር ደግሞ «አይዞህ» ብላችሁ ከጎኔ በመቆም ፍ/ቤት አብራችሁኝ ለተመላለሳችሁ፣ ለዘገባችሁ፣ እንደወዳጄ ጠበቃ ነቢዩ ምክሩ ወልደአረጋይ ሙያዊ ድጋፍችሁኝ ሳትሰስቱ፣ በዋጋ ሳትተምኑ ላበረከታችሁልኝ፣ «ይህቺ ለትራንስፖርት ትሁንህ» ብላችሁ እጃችሁን ለዘረጋችሁልኝ ወዳጆቼ፣ ጓደኞቼ፣ የሥራ ባልደረቦቼ…. እግዚአብሄር ደግነታችሁን፣ ቸርነታችሁን ያስብልኝ፣ ይባርክልኝ እላለሁ፡፡
journalist Abebe, You look in a serious self -confidence crisis or at least in a very terribly mixed state of mind . I understand you and me are members of a society which consider religious leaders as creatures to be worshiped because what is in them is nothing but the Holy Spirit regardless of the way they behave. I am sorry to say that this religious tradition of ours makes our religious leaders arrogant where as it makes us ignorant.
Look at how you are a victim of this tradition of touch not religious authorities because they preach us to criticize them is a sin ? You know how you are frustrated and disturbed with no any convincing reason but because of our uncritical way of seeing things ?
I do not want to say that you could have challenged your “religious father’ because to do so dependents on each of our courage and truthfulness. But I do not know why you got yourself frustrated or disturbed and undermined yourself. Are you sure he (Aba Mathis) is the father of love, peace, tolerance and forgiveness? Aren’t you a journalist whose job and responsibility is to inform the public about what is going on, who is doing what why and how base on noting but the truth ? Don’t you really know what Aba Matthias has done and continued to do so? Do you have any grain of courage to ask those religious leaders where they were and where they when the innocent people of Ethiopia have been and are being dehumanized by their “god children” of Arat Kilo palace?
I wonder how the self-disqualified and self- disgraceful religious personalities of our time deserve the kind of honor Abebe is talking about? It is , I am sorry to say stupid for Abebe to regret for challenging Aba Mathias who blames millions who stand against the killing machinery of TPLF/EPRDF ? Liji Abebe, I am sorry to say but I have to say that the religious leaders who are terribly muddling in the politics of terror have nothing to do with God, the owner of truth and mercy .
I wish you could have told us with factual evidence how religious leaders such as Aba Mathias and his cronies and those of his subordinates who are terribly opportunists can be examples of love, peace, tolerance, forgiveness , compassion, truthfulness and so on and so forth. If you undermine not only yourself but also the truth itself that defeated the so-called patriarch (father or head of the Church), you should have dehumanize yourself begging him for his ‘forgiveness and blessing” instead of pursuing the case at the court. Your concluding remark which puts both who helped you as friends and genuinely concerned Ethiopians, and the very hypocritical/cynical religious personality on equal respect and moral ground is terribly absurd.
I am well aware that you may be shocked with my comment because you are a victim of believing that being critical of Aba Mathis and his cronies is a great sin or curse. Or you may feel sorry about me as if I am either non-religious believer or simply hate those religious personalities . Let me inform you that I truly belong to the E.O.C; but not in the leadership of Aba Mathias and cronies who terribly messed up the great religion and Church by making it the second palace of TPLF/EPRDF. Liji Abebe, If you are afraid of being sinful because you won him based on fact/truth, you must be terribly defeating you soul and conscience. To me, if calling spade a spade (those disingenuous religious personalities) is a sin or curse, I would say so be it! But I strongly believe God of the truth is not the one who hates calling spade a spade.
I am sure that the God of truth of the innocent people of Ethiopia, not the God in the minds of Aba Mathias and his cronies will have His own judgement sooner, not later.

አንተም ሆንክ ዳንኤል በትክክል አምናችሁበት ጥፍት አለ በ ሲኖዶስ ብላችሁ ለሀይማኖቱ ተቆርቁራችሁ ከሆነ እግዚአብሄር እውነተኛን ይረዳል ግን ግን ሀይማኖቱን ለማውረድ ለማንቋሽሽ ለማጥላላት ስውር እጆች ካሉ ማናችንም ዝም አንልም ለሰም አጥፊነት!!!
