በአ.አ 6 መምህራን በህፃናት ላይ ግብረሰዶም ፈጽመዋል በሚል ተጠርጥረው ታሰሩ

በቦሌ ክፍለ ከተማ ልዩ ቦታው ሩዋንዳ ተብሎ በሚጠራው አካባቢ በሚገኘው ካራክተር ሆልማርክ አካዳሚ በሚባል ትምህርት ቤት ግቢ ውስጥ፣ በሁለት ወንድ ሕፃናት ላይ ግብረሰዶም ፈጽመዋል የተባሉ ስድስት መምህራን ተጠርጥረው ክስ ተመሠረተባቸው ሲል ሪፖርተር ጋዜጣ ዘገበ።
ተጠርጣሪዎቹ የአካዳሚው ዳይሬክተር አቶ ደሳለኝ ኃይለየሱስ፣ የአካዳሚው ሱፐርቫይዘር አቶ የኔዓለም ጌታቸው፣ መምህር ዓለማየሁ ገብሬ፣ መምህር ደበበ ጥሩነህ፣ አቶ መልካሙ ቀለብና አቶ ሳምሶን መኩሪያ ሲሆኑ፣ አካዳሚው ካራክተር ሆልማርክ አካዳሚ አክሲዮን ማኅበርም መከሰሱን የፌዴራል ዓቃቤ ሕግ ለፌዴራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት ልደታ ምድብ ለሰባተኛ ወንጀል ችሎት ያቀረበው ክስ ያስረዳል ያለው የሪፖርተር ጋዜጣ ዘገባ ጨምሮም ተጠርጣሪዎቹ የ10 እና የ11 ዓመት ዕድሜ ያላቸውን ሁለት ወንድ ሕፃናትን ከጥቅምት ወር መጀመሪያ 2005 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ በምሳና በዕረፍት ጊዜ ተማሪዎች ከክፍል ሲወጡ፣ ወደ ባዶ ክፍል በመውሰድ በተደጋጋሚ እየተፈራረቁ የግብረሰዶም ድርጊት እንደፈጸሙባቸው ክሱ ያስረዳል፡፡ በተለያዩ ጊዜያት ዳይሬክተሩንና ሱፐርቫይዘሩን ጨምሮ ሌሎቹም መምህራንም በየካቲት ወር ሁለት ቀናት፣ እንዲሁም በሚያዝያ ወር በሕፃናቱ ላይ ድርጊቱን ፈጽመዋል በሚል ተጠርጥረው፣ የሕፃናት ክብር ድፍረት ወንጀል ተካፋይ በመሆን መከሰሳቸውን ክሱ ያብራራል ሲል ዘግቧል።

ካራክተር ሆልማርክ አካዳሚ አክሲዮን ማኅበር በሥሩ ያሉትን ሠራተኞችና ኃላፊዎች በአግባቡ መቆጣጠርና የሕፃናትን ጤንነትና አካልን በአግባቡ መጠበቅ ሲገባው ባለመፈጸሙ፣ በወንጀል ድርጊቱ ተካፋይነት ተጠርጥሮ መከሰሱን ክሱ እንደሚገልጽ ያስታወቀው ጋዜጣው ተጠርጣሪዎቹ ፍርድ ቤት ቀርበው ድርጊቱን አለመፈጸማቸውን በመግለጽ የዋስትና መብታቸው እንዲጠበቅላቸው ቢጠይቁም፣ ድርጊቱ ከባድ መሆኑን በመግለጽ ፍርድ ቤቱ የዋስትና መብታቸውን ውድቅ በማድረግ፣ የዓቃቤ ሕግ ምስክሮችን ለመስማት ለሰኔ 14 ቀን 2005 ዓ.ም. ተለዋጭ ቀጠሮ ሰጥቷል፡፡ ተጠርጣሪዎቹም በማረሚያ ቤት እንዲቆዩ አዟል ሲል ዘገባውን ቋጭቷል።

  1. Dear Zehabesha editors, please make sure to be critical of some sensitive ” news” which come from Amare Aregawi of the reporter in Ethiopia.
    This news smells somewhat fishy. It looks like there is something going on in the mentioned school and somebody (most likely weyanes) wanted to destroy the teachers and the school. We may hear the truth in the near future, but I have a suspicion personally.
    You know one of close ally and mysterios confidant of Tplf is “the reporter”.
    We have heard about the young man who was killed and thrown from a building by the weyane securities. The reporter made a ridiculous news about him as if the young man was very depressed because of the death of Meles Zenawi and he killed himself. So pls be critical about about news from Amare.
    My personal suspicion is that the teachers were found preparing materials for the freedom fighting. They might have been active in the blue party.
    You know how Weyanes are really shitting to death out of fear of peoples arousal because of Blue party.

  4. OMG! Oh Ethiopia! This is even the worst of all. OMG, if a teacher did such a crime of all time, then what is remaining in Ethiopia? Where to send our children? whom to believe then??????????????
    This all is the result of the past two decades useless academia. This is the result of the past two decades leadership! We never ever heard such a crime, in school in the history of Ethiopia. Never! But, if this crime will be confirmed right, all the six stupid and evil teachers have to be hang in front of citiezens. This is a must to do! Oposition parties and civic soceity, if you are not going to organize a demonestration, when when are you going to there for your people? what are you doing for us? All of you shut your office, shut your moth and go away! This is what our government wanted to see! producing a dead generation! May God look at Ethiopia. Probably, some of the government leader are part of such an evil did, as who are hearing most of the time, that top leaders and the corrupt are spending most of their time with teenagers bellow 12 years old. I have no hope on the justice and anyway i will watch what will be the results!
