We are actively recruiting for part-time openings, typically morning hours for 20-30 hours/week. Hours for this role would typically be between 8:00am – 3:00pm, Monday – Friday. This is a long-term contract opportunity!
DESCRIPTION/DUTIES: In this position, your primary responsibilities include:
•Calling and taking calls from participants/clients in their wellness programs and scheduling appointments.
•Answering basic questions that come in from participants and clients.
•Making outbound calls to potential clients and participants.
•Handling customer service needs for all parties involved.
•Scheduling appointments for the Program Coaches and Managers, while maintaining their schedules.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Strong communication and phone skills. If you have worked in an call center environment before- that is strongly preferred!
•Must have previous outbound phone experience and/or experience within a customer service or sales call center.
•Previous experience working in the healthcare or health management field would be strongly preferred.
•Degree in health management or currently going to school for health management would be preferred.
•Must have a solid work history.
