ከባለፈው አመት አጋማሽ ጀምሮ የራያን ሕዝብ የነጻነት እንቅስቃሴ መልክ በማስያዝ የወሎ ብሎም የሁሉም አማራ ጉዳይ የማድረግ ስራችንን አጠናክረን ቀጥለናል። በዚህም መሰረት አምና የተለያየ ቅርጽና ስያሜ ይዘው ሲንቀሳቀሱ የነበሩት ቡድኖች ያሉበትን ሁኔታ በመገምገም የተጠናከረ ትግል ለማካሄድ የሚያስችል ምቹ ሁኔታ መፍጠር ነበረብን።
ይህንን ሀሳባችንን ወደ ተግባር ለመቀየርም መጀመሪያ ከሞላ ጎደል ከሁሉም የራያ ወረዳዎች ማለትም በዋናነት ከራያ-ወፍላ፣ ከራያ-አላማጣ፣ ከራያ ባላ (ጨርጨር)፣ ከራያ-ቆቦ ወረዳዎች፣ ከኮረም ከአላማጣ እና ከቆቦ ከተማ አስተዳደሮች የተውጣጡ በርካታ ተሳታፊዎች በተገኙበት ቆቦ ከተማ ላይ በሚገኘው ጥላሁን ግዛው አዳራሽ ውይይት በማድረግ ትግሉ መልክ መያዝ እንዳለበት ተማመንን።
በዚህም መሰረት የራያ አማራ ማንነትና ወሰን አስመላሽ ኮሚቴ በሁለት አመት ቆይታው ውስጥ ያከናወናቸውን ተግባራት የተመለከተ አጭር ሪፖርት አቅርቦ በጥሞና መከርንበት። በመጨረሻም ጥንካሬዎቹን አጠናክሮ ለማስቀጠልና ክፍተቶችን ለመሙላት ይቻል ዘንድ በመጀመሪያ የስያሜ ማስተካከያና የአመራር ለውጥ ማድረግ እንደሚገባም በሁሉም ዘንድ ታመነበት።
ከዛም የኮሚቴውን ስያሜ “የወሎ ራያ ማንነትና ወሰን አስመላሽ ኮሚቴ” በሚል እንዲስተካከል በማድረግ የራያ ሕዝብ ከወሎ ሕዝብ ጋር ያለውን የስነ ልቦና አንድነት፣ የባህል ትስስር፣ ማህበራዊ ግንኙነት፣ የምጣኔ ሀብት መስተጋብር፣ የታሪክ ቁርኝትና የጋራ አስተዳደራዊ እንቅስቃሴ ለማጠናከር ጥረት ተደረገ። ይህም ሁኔታ የተሳታፊዎችን ይሁንታ አገኘ።
ቀጥሎም የአመራሩን ስብጥርና አደረጃጀት ለማስተካከል ቀደም ሲል ወልዲያ ላይ በተደረሰበት ስምምነት መሠረት የቦታ ቅርበት፣ የመምራት አቅምና ፍላጎት፣ ቁርጠኝነትና የማስተባበር ችሎታን ታሳቢ ያደረገ አዲስ ምርጫ ተካሄደ። በዚህም መምህር ኃይሉ አበራ በላይ የኮሚቴው ዋና ሰብሳቢና አዲሱ በላይ ደግሞ ምክትል ሰብሳቢ ሆነው ተመረጡ።
የስራ አመራር ቦርዱን ደግሞ በዋነኛነት ሄኖክ አዲሴ፣ መምህር ፋንታ ታረቀ እና ሲሳይ ሰየመ እንዲመሩት ተወሰነ። እንግዲህ በዚህ አመት እየተደረጉ ያሉ እንቅስቃሴዎች የዚህ ለውጥ (Reform) ውጤቶች ናቸው ማለት ይቻላል። በዚህም መሰረት ቀደም ሲል በወልዲያና አካባቢው የሚገኙ ራዮችና የወልዲያ ወጣቶች የተሳተፉበት ፍሬያማ ስብሰባ ተካሄደ፣ ከዛም አዲስ አበባ የተለያዩ ስብሰባዎችን በማድረግ እንቅስቃሴውን ለማስፋት የሚያስችሉ ስራዎች ተከናወኑ።
ይህንን ልምድና ተሞክሮ መሰረት በማድረግም ነገ እሁድ ነሀሴ 1/2014 ዓ,ም በወሎዋ መዲና ደሴ ከተማ ላይ በሚገኘው ወሎ ባህል አምባ አዳራሽ ከጧቱ 2:30 ጀምሮ የማይቀርበት ታላቅ ጉባኤ ለማካሄድ ዝግጅት መደረጉን ኮሚቴው አስታውቋል። ይህን ጉባኤ ለየት የሚያደርገው በወሎዋ መዲና ደሴ ላይ መካሄዱ ብቻ አይደለም።
ይልቁንም ከራያ እና ከአዲስ አበባ የሚመጡ ተሳታፊዎችና የራያ-ቆቦ የባህል ቡድንም የሚገኙበትና መላውን የአማራ ሕዝብ ማነቃነቅ የሚቻልበትን ሁኔታ ለመፍጠር ያለመ መሆኑም ጭምር ነው። እናም በደሴና በኮምቦልቻ አካባቢ የምትገኙ ወገኖቻችን ሁሉ በዚህ ታላቅና ታሪካዊ ጉባዔ ላይ ተገኝታችሁ የበኩላችሁን አስተዋጽዖ ታደርጉ ዘንድ በክብር ተጋብዛችኋል።

Well, in principle , the political idea of making the causes of Raya and of course Wolkait the very causes not only Amhara but also all seriously and honestly concerned Ethiopians is the right thing to do! This is because there is no doubt that the very benefit of doing so and living together in a democratic country outweighs the very consequences of falling apart ! And this is an ABC of rational politics !
But this very tough and multi -task political cause or or agenda cannot be get done by Politicians such as the writer of the above report who have submitted themselves to the very criminal political system of the so called Prosperity that is simply one faction of EPRDF led by Abyi Ahmed and his associates , Yes, the very task of keeping the causes of Raya and Wolkait legitimate causes of the Amhara cannot be get done by politicians of badly opportunistic and dangerously cynical , the writer of the above price being a typical example ! He is the one who shamefully told us that he has joined the deadly political army of ODP/ Prosperity . This is the guy who was elected and became a member of “Finfine’s ( the capital of Oromjzatiin )“ council led by a very arrogant and of course dangerous Oromo nationalist , Adsnech Abebi who is working hard to keep going with the very project started by her predecessor . Takeke Uma that was and is well designed to make Addis Ababa irrelevant to the Ethiopian people who have paid a lot of price and made it the very center or the melting pot of their beloved country .
I hate to say but I have to say that it is significantly because of terribly opportunistic political personalities like the writer of this report that the bloody political system of EPRDF(Prosperity) has survived and continued causing unprecedented degree of suffering to the people who were hoping for the better for a long period if time!
Now, he is telling us that he is the right cadre of EPRDF (Prosperity ) to deal with the very huge and critical issues of Raya and Wolkait . Is this not a very outrageous insult to the people who are in search of genuine and truly patriotic political leadership but sadly enough faulted to get one ???
I reasonably and strongly argue that if we fail to call a spade a spade and to work hard in search of a truly patriotic democratic political forces or groupings as soon as possible, the very political pandemic of opportunism will totally destroy this generation and this will of course spillover the generations to come .
Let’s try hard to get out of the very doomed political culture of repeating horrible mistakes over and over and over again !!!
