ገዥው ፓርቲ ብልፅግና ለድርጅቱ አመራሮች ባሰራጨውና ውይይት ባደረገበት ሰነድ ላይ እንዳመለከተው ጠቅላይ ሚንስትር ዐብይ አሕመድ አዲስ መንግስት ካቋቋሙ በኋላ በቁልፍ ሀገራዊ ጉዳዮች ላይ ከተለያዩ የፖለቲካ ኀይሎች ጋር ድርድርና ውይይት ለማድረግ ተዘጋጅተዋል ብሏል።
የመድብለ ፓርቲ ስርዓትን በኢትዮጵያ ለመገንባት በሚያዚያ 2010 ዓ. ም. ለውጥ ቃል በተገባው መሰረት ሁለት ረድፍ ያለው የተሀድሶ ፕሮግራም ለማድረግ ብልፅግና መዘጋጀቱን ዋዜማ በተመለከተችው ሰነድ ይጠቁማል። አንዱ የመድብለ ፓርቲ ስርዓትን ለማስፋት የሚወሰደው እርምጃ የተቃዋሚ ፓርቲዎችን አዲስ በሚመሰረተው የፌደራልና የአካባቢ መንግስታት መዋቅር ውስጥ በማካተት ተሳትፏቸውን ማሳደግ የዲሞክራሲ ልምምድን ማድረግ ነው።
ሌላው እርምጃ በሀገሪቱ ያለመግባባትና የግጭት ጭምር ምክንያት በሆኑ ሀገራዊ ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ ከፖለቲካ ድርጅቶች ሲቪል ማህበራት ምሁራንና መገናኛ ብዙሀን የተሳተፉበት የብሄራዊ መግባባት ውይይት መጀመር ነው። በዚህ ውይይት ሕገመንግስቱን ጨምሮ ሰንደቅ አላማ ፣ብሄራዊ መዝሙር፣ ብሄራዊ በዓላት እና ሌሎችም ጉዳዮች ተነስተው መግባባት ላይ የሚደረሰበት ነው።
ሕገመንግስቱ ከቀዳሚ አጀንዳዎች መካከል እንደሚሆን ነገር ግን አጀንዳዎችን የመምረጥና ቅደም ተከተል የማስያዙ ስራ የድርድሩ አንድ አካል እንደሚሆን በሰነዱ ተብራርቷል።
ተቃዋሚ ፓርቲዎችን በአዲሱ መንግስት ለማሳተፍ በሚደረገው እንቅስቃሴ ሁሉንም የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች በተፈለገው መጠን ማሳተፍ እንደማይቻልና ሌሎች ተሳትፎን ለማሳደግ የሚረዱ መድረኮች እንደሚመቻቹ የብልፅግና ሰነድ ያትታል።
ሰነዱ ለተቃዋሚ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች እንዲደርስ መደረጉን ዋዜማ ከምንጮቿ ተረድታለች።
” ምንም እንኳን ምርጫው ውጤታማ በሆነ መልኩ ቢካሄድም የተጀመረው ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሽጝርን የበለጠ ተጠናክሮ እንዲቀጥል ተጨማሪ እርምዎች መወሰድ አለባቸው፡፡ በርካታ ፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ለፌደራልና ክልል ም/ቤቶች እጩ ማቅረብ ቢችሉም፣ ተቃዋሚ ፓርቲዎች በምክር ቤቶች ያላቸው ውክልና አነስተኛ ሆኗል፡፡ ለተቃዋሚ ፓርቲዎች ዝቅ ያለ ውጤት የተለያዩ ምክንያቶች ቢኖሩም የተቃዋሚ ፓርቲዎች ሕብረት አለመፍጠራቸውና ገዢው ፓርቲ በሥልጣን ላይ መሆኑ የሚሰጠው ጥቅም ሊጠቀሱ ይችላሉ፡፡ ስለዚህም ገዢው ብልፅግና ፓርቲ የዴሞክራሲ ሽግግሩን ከማጠናከር አኳያ በተለያዩ መንገዶች የተፎካካሪ ፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ተሳትፎ ከፍ ማለት እንዳለበት ከልብ ተቀብሎታል” ይላል ሰነዱ
በሰሞኑ የክልል ምክር ቤቶች ምስረታ ላይ አንዳንድ የተቃዋሚ ፓርቲ አባላት መቀመጫና የተለያዩ ሹመቶችን እንዲያገኙ የተደረገ ሲሆን በመጪው ሰኞ በሚመሰረተው የፌደራል መንግስት ውስጥም የተወሰኑ የተቃዋሚ ፓርቲ አባላት እንደሚደለደሉ ዋዜማ ያላት መረጃ ያመለክታል።
በመንግስት ምስረታ ማግስት እንደሚደረግ በሚጠበቀው የብሄራዊ መግባባት ድርድር ከመንግስት ጋር ጦርነት የገጠመው ሕወሓት ይሳተፍ እንደሆነ ስነዱ ያብራራው ነገር የለም።
” አገራዊ መግባባት እና የተሳካ አገረ፡መንግሥት ግንባታ ሁሉም ፖለቲካ ኃይሎች (ሰላማዊ የትግል ስልት የሚከተሉ) በጋራ ተቀራርበው መስራት የሚጠይቅ ሀገራዊ ፕሮጀክት ነው፡፡ የአንድ ዘመን ትውልድ ስራ ብቻም ሳይሆን ዘመን ተሻጋሪ በትውልዶች ቅብብሎሽ የሚሰራ ታላቅ ፕሮጀክት ነው፡፡ በአገራዊ መግባባት ዙሪያ የሚሰራው ተግባር በውስን ኃይሎች ዙሪያ ሳይታጠር አካታች እና ሁሉ አቀፍ በሆነ መንገድ መከወን ይገባል” ሲል ያብራራል የፓርቲም ምክረ ሀሳብ ሰነድ።

እህህህ ባንዳ ተሰብስቦ አገር አስቆረሳ ቀጥሎ ባንዲራ ሊቀይር ነው ማለት ነው? ብርሀኑ ነጋና ሌንጮ ለታ እየተፍነቀነቁ ጨብጠውታል ስለቴ ሰመረ ማለት ይህ ይሆን።
I hate to say but I have to say that one of the most notorious and embarrassing reasons for our repeated and painful failures to make our dreams for a truly democratic system in our country a reality is the existence of unprincipled, dishonest, badly opportunist, excessively self-centered, arrogant, ignorant, and stupid people of the media.
If we observe very carefully and realistically what happened in the past three years and what is happening now, most of the journalists and activists have terribly failed the people of Ethiopia. They in one way or another become either good for nothing or beneficiaries of “the great democratic change” led by one faction of the deadly criminal political system of EPRDF led by those guys who are not just talking about but working hard to make their “great dream” for the over dominant power of Oromization if not for the “great independent state of Oromya “. The very unprecedentedly miserable or catastrophic situation the innocent people have been forced and are forced to face is nothing to these very opportunist and extremely cynical journalists and activists. Deeply disturbing!
Some of them such as the writer of the above report (Alemneh Wassie) and the guys of ESAT have totally and disgracefully become the mouthpieces of those ruling elites who declared themselves as leaders of post-TPLF democratic system whereas they have one way or another committed and continue committing unprecedented politically motivated crime.
The very not only politically but morally bankrupt journalists and activists are responsible and accountable for contributing to the continuation of the very untold sufferings of the innocent people of Ethiopia. Yes, unless the people say enough is enough to these very dangerously wrong guys, the consequences of allowing them to go with it will be horribly painful.
Any freedom and justice -loving Ethiopian who listened or would like to listen how Alemneh Wassie tried to paint Adanech Abebie a very “graceful and patriotic” “political and moral personality can understand how some journalists and activists have become and are becoming foot soldiers or very notorious speaking tools for a political system that continues simply by purging out its former master mind (TPLF) but by simply replacing it with a much more horrifying and dangerous manner .
It may sound pessimism; but it is a very hard reality that the very survival of the country will be in danger let alone making a democratic country a reality if those crime-infested politicians of EPRDF/Prosperity are allowed to go with their very cynical and deadly politics of ethnic identity. Unfortunately enough, some so called opposition politicians are becoming great loyalists of EPRDF/Prosperity, and this will prolong the very untold sufferings of the people of Ethiopia. The only legitimate and effective means to get out of this very ugly and criminal political and moral vicious cycle is making a concerted and well-organized struggle that could enable the people to get rid of the very cancerous political system of three decades.
