   Half of Ethiopian workers or 50% of the total population are officially getting paid earning less than 9,060 Birr per month.

   According to expartisan.com the average monthly estimated cost of living for a single person is 41,767 Birr.

   According to expartisan.com the average monthly estimated cost of living for a family of four is 89,341 Birr.

   It is obvious that most government employees people steal because their monthly salary is not enough to last them even one week .

   All these billions of dollars pouring as foreign loans to the government budget is what they are leaving Oki g forwards to being is their main “salary” they plan to survive with, it is clear the current officials are not intending to live on just the official salary they get paid, stealing some of the budget is what they do to survive since they know their official salary is nowhere near to cover their cost of living .

   This Federal purchasing agency corruption network can be said is the policy maker of the federal government when it comes to foreign loans. It pressures to accumulate USD loans so the government employees steal pocket the money . This agency network easily steals pockets between 15% upto 50% of the total money it spends on purchasing, same as the Oromia state government did for the last 28 years. Now the Oromia state looting expert officials are having full access Oromia states purchasing budget and the federal purchasing budget simultaneously with they somehow getting billions of USD
   foreign loans pouring in for them to play with. In many cases they are known to make claims to have purchased items such as office supplies stationaries and charge the government an arm and a leg without actually purchasing it.

   In many cases The Oromo federal purchasers often go to “nephtegna” owned businesses in Addis Ababa and purchase goods with a fake signature on the federal purchasing agency checks with the check bouncing , then they sign another check to Oromo “$KEGNA$” owned business with the real correct signature while the item purchased came from the “nephtegna” owned business , the Oromo “$KEGNA$” owned business getting paid for it . Baladera should include this systematic attacks they do against Addis Ababa “nephtegna” owned busineeses on it’s lists of attacks the “government institution” is doing against the Addis Ababa people.

     I put “nephtehna”in quote and quote to imply what the current federal Oromo government officials refer to those Addis Ababa businesses they want to drive out of town by attacking them since they call them “nephtegna sefari”. We all been told Oromo want to own Addis Ababa including businesses in Addis Ababa.

     Remember Abiy said “We Oromos will go to war to own Addis Ababa” . The war they do by doing malicious frauds to make sure Addis Ababa “Finfine” is owned by Oromos.Meaning he let’s this federal agency sign fake signature and send to attack those businesses not owned by Oromos while Oromo businesses get correctly signed check for selling nothing since the items get swindled out of the businesses they attack. Demography change is done by giving ID cards so they can cash incorrectly signed checks with fake business names they cash the check and disappear with no trace since they got real Identity cards and livelihood in Oromia the ID in Addis A used to steal electric transformers , commit fraud and so on .They got multiple identities so their criminal identity disappear without a trace .

     Businesses that deal with the feds which are not affiliated with the Oromo ethnicities are under attack just same as government employment opportunities are being monopolized by one ethnic group who think it is their turn to oprress . Go to EAirlunes , Banks , Addis Ababa city govt. , Federal govt. , Military , police and so on are being controlled by Oromos.

     The market businesses are being monopolized by trying to drive others out of business , who they call the “nephtegnas” . Sadly controlling Addis Ababa economy is considered crucial for oppressing the country.TPLF chased other ethnicities out of business claiming they are “kinijit Arbegnoch Ginbot7..” now the new people who claim it is their turn are claiming bluntly “sefari nephtegna..” that need to be driven out of town.

3. ዘሃበሻ በጣም ብዙ ትክክለኛ መረጃዎችን በማሰራጨት ይታወቃል፡፡ ሆኖም ከሰሞኑ በገፃችሁ የመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳር ኤጀንሲንና የመንግስት ግዣና ንብረት ማስወገድ አገልገሎትን በተመለከተ የተምታታ ዘገባ አይተናል፡፡ ዝርዝር ነገሩን የምታውቁት በመሆኑ እዚህ መፃፍ አይጠበቅብኝም፡፡ ከስህተታችሁ ትልቁ ስህተት ግን ኤጀንሲውም ሆነ አገልግሎቱ ከተቋቋሙ እንኳንስ 28 ዓመት ይቅርና 12 ዓመትም በአግባ አልሞላቸውምና ለ28 ዓመት ሲዘርፍ የቆየ ነው ማለት ያስጠይቃል፡፡ ማንኛውም ሐላፊነት የጎደለው ሰው የሰጣችሁን መረጃ ይዛችሁ አትዘግቡ፡፡ ከተቋሞቹ ከዚህ በፊት ከሙስና ጋር በተያያዘ ተጠርጥረው ጉዳያቸው በህግ እየታየ ነው፡፡ በእናንተም በኩል ቢሆን ሁሉንም ነገር በአግባቡ ፈትሾ እውነቱን ለህዝብ ማሳወቅ ተገቢ ነው፡፡ መረጃ ከፈለጋችሁ ኑና ትክክለኛውን መረጃ ውሰዱ

Federal , Addis Ababa , Dire Dawa and regional governments had always purchasing/procuring departments or agencies for 28 years with such highly sophisticated corruption networks, sadly the corruption ring includes highly educated elites that the country had put him the hopes on who sold their souls to Tamrat Layne , Meles Zenawi , Hailemariam Desalegn , Abiy Ahmed & Co. willing to sink to a level of dirty rotten thugs and criminals. Most of the Federal purchasers bought numerous federal government owned villas illegally without the public’s knowledge, price was free in many occasions or so low almost a fraction of the cost now they rent out this villas across Addis Ababa. Samora Yunus and othermilitary officers has bought this villas illegally as well which should get confiscated and returned to those who owned the houses before they got snatched from their rightful owners.
