1. The Alamata agenda aims to divert attention from crucial issues like the Addis Ababa concerns and the assassination of Gabisa in the Oromia region by Abiy. For instance, if Abiy suddenly declares, “I will amend the constitution,” or proclaims, “Ethiopia is unconquerable,” or asserts, “We are all Ethiopians in life and death,” or even claims, “The unified Orthodox Church is Ethiopia,” would you believe him? Absolutely not! When is Abiy lying? Whenever his lips move!
   Mistakes come with a heavy price, and the hard-working, impoverished Ethiopians bear the impact because they trusted Abiy’s lies. As the saying goes, mistakes stem from ignorance, neglect, or apathy. Therefore, this Alamata ploy invented by Abiy should not trap the Amhara and Tigray people once again. Abiy excels at sowing and exploiting conflicts, and this Alamata ploy is his creation and let’s not allow ourselves to be victimized by Abiy repeatedly.
   I am going to repeat an analogy worth repeating. Picture a jar housing 100 black ants and 100 red ants. Initially, they coexist harmoniously. However, when the jar is shaken and placed on a table, the ants turn against each other, leading to chaos and killing each other. Likewise, in Ethiopia, before we attack each other, we should think about who is shaking the jar. It is the boorish Abiy shaking the jar!
   Let’s exercise reason before surrendering to division and violence, especially the Amhara and Tigray!
