ለተከበሩ ኢንጂነር ይልቃል፣  ለክቡራን ከፍተኛ የሰማያዊ ፓርቲ አመራር አባላት፣ በቅድሚያ ሰላምታዬ ባላችሁበት ቦታ  ይድረሳችሁ!  ጤና ይስጥልኝ።

ለሰማያዊ ፓርቲ አድናቆት አለኝ። የግራዚያኒ ሃዉልትን በመቃወም ያደረጋችሁት ሰልፍን ተከታትያለሁ።  በብዛት ግን ሰው ያወቃችሁ፣ በአዲስ አበባ በጠራችሁት ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ነዉ። ያኔ ትልቅ ሥራ ነው የሰራችሁት። አኩርታችሁኛል። ብዙ ደጋፊዎችም በአጭር ጊዜ ዉስጥ አግኝታቹሃል።

ያኔ የጠራችሁትን ሰልፍ አብዛኞቻችን ብንደግፈውም፣ ሌሎች ድርጅቶችን ሳታማክሩ ፣ ሰልፉን በችኮላ መጥራታችሁ ግን ብዙዎችን ደስ አላሰኝም ነበር። ነገር ግን «ማንም ይጥራዉ፣ ማንም ፣ ትግሉን እስከጠቀመ ድረስ መተባበር ያስፈልጋል» የሚል አቋም በርካታ የአንድነት ፓርቲና መኢአድ አመራር አባላት በመያዝ ድጋፍ ሰጧችሁ። መኢአድ በመግለጫ ድጋፉን ገልጸ። በፓርቲ ደረጃ፣ የሥራ አስፈጸማዊ፣ ምክር ቤቱ ተነጋግሮበት ዉሳኔ ለመወሰን 15 ቀናት በቂ ስላልነበረ፣ በኦፈሴል የአንድነት ፓርቲ ድጋፍ ባይሰጥም፣ የፓርቲዉ አመራር አባላት ግን እንደ ኢሳት በመሳሰሉ ሜዲያዎች በመቅረብ፣ የአንድነት አባላትን ደጋፊዎች በሰልፉ እንዲገኙ፣ ሰማያዊ ፓርቲ ለጠራዉ ሰልፍ ድጋፍ እንዲሰጡ ጥሪ አቀረቡ። በአዲስ አበባ 23ቱም ወረዳዎች የሚገኙ የአንድነት አስተባባሪዎች፣ «የሰማያዊ ፓርቲ የጠራዉ ሰልፍ፣ የኛም ሰልፍ ነው» በሚል በየወረዳዎቻቸዉ ቅስቀሳ ሲያደርጉ፣ መፈክሮችን ሲያዘጋጁ እንደነበረም ታውቃላችሁ። የአንድነት ፓርቲ ከፍተኛ አመራር አባላትም በሰልፉ ተገኝተዋል። አንድነት ፓርቲ፣ እንዲሁም መኢአድ ለሰማያዊ ፓርቲ ሙሉ ድጋፉቸውን በዚህ መልኩ መስጠታቸው ተገቢና አስፈላጊ ነበር።

የአዲስ አበባዉን ሰልፍ ተከትሎ፣ የአንድነት ለዲሞክራሲና ለፍትህ ፓርቲ ፣ የሚሊዮኖች ድምጽ ለነጻነት በሚል መርህ እንቅስቃሴ ጀመረ። በጎንደርና በደሴ ቅስቀሳ ይደረግ በነበረበት ጊዜ፣  የሰማያዊ ፓርቲ፣ ድጋፉን እንዲሰጥና ከጎንደርና ከደሴ ሕዝብ ጎን እንዲሰልፍ  አንዳንዶቻችን  ጠይቀን።  ከአዲስ አበባ ዉጭ ድርጅታዊ አቅም እንደሌላችሁ እናውቃለን። ነገር ግን ቢያንስ ቢያንስ፣ በመግለጫ ደረጃ ሰላማዊና ህዝባዊን ንቅናቄ በመደገፍ ከጎንደርና ከደሴ ሕዝብ ጎን መቆም ይገባችሁ ነበር። ያንን ግን፣ ተጠይቃችሁም እንኳን፣ አላደረጋችሁም። አንድነት ፓርቲ ከእናንተ ጋር አጋር እንደነበረዉ፣ እናንተ ግን ወገናዊ ምላሽ መስጠት ተሳናችሁ። ከጎንደሩና ከደሴዉ ሰል በኋላ በጂንካ፣ በአርባ ምንጭ፣ በባህር ዳር፣ በፍቼ ሰላምዊ ሰልፎች የተደረጉ ሲሆን፣  በመጨረሻዉ ሰዓት ላይ የአንድነት አመራር አባላትን በማሰርና በማንገላታት ከፍተኛ ጫና ሕወሃትና ኦሕድድ በማድረጋቸው ሰልፎቹ ተላለፉ እንጂ፣ በመቀሌና በባሌ/ሮቢ እንቅስቃሴዎች ተደርገዋል። በነዚህ ሁሉ ከተሞች የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ ድምጹን ለሰላም፣ ለዲሞክራሲን አለነጻነት ሲያሰማ ድርጅታችሁ ድምጹን አጥፍቶ ነበር። በዚህ እዝኜባቹሃለሁ።

የጎንደሩን እና የደሴዉን ሰልፍ ተከትሎ የአንድነት ፓርቲ አዲስ አበባ ጨምሮ በተለያዩ ከተሞች ሊያደርጋቸው ያቀዳቸውን ሰልፎችና ህዝባዊ ስብሰባዎች ለሕዝብ አሳወቀ። በፕሮግራሙ መሰረት፣ ከበርካታ ሰልፎች መካከል ፣ በአዲስ አበባ መስከረም 5 ቀን፣ በአሶሳና ጋምቤላ ነሐሴ 26 ቀን  ሊደረጉ የታሰቡ ሰልፎች ይገኙበታል።

ብዙዎቻችንን  የገረመን  የአንድነት ፓርቲ ሰልፍ እንደሚጠራ ባሳወቀ በሁለት ቀኑ ፣ በችኮላ  ነሐሴ 26 ቀን በአዲስ አበባ ሰልፍ እንደምትጠሩ መግለጻችሁ ነበር። እየተደረገ ያለው፣  ትግል እንጂ ጨዋታ እንዳልሆነ በማስመር፣  ሰልፉን ከአንድነት ፓርቲ ጋር እንድታደረጉ ጥያቄ አቀረብንላችሁ። ያ ብቻ አይደለም፣  የፖለቲካ ፕሮግራም ልዩነቶችን ባለመኖራቸው፣  ከአንድነትና ከመኢአድ ጋር መዋሃድ የሚቻልበትን ሁኔታ እንድታመቻቹ አበረታታን።

አንድ የአንድነት ፓርቲ አመራር አባልን፣  በዚህ ጉዳይ ላይ ሳነጋገር «እንኳን ሰልፍ ከነርሱ ጋር ለማድረግ፣ እንደዉም የፖለቲካ ፕሮግራሞቻችን አንድ ናቸው። እንዋሃድ ብለን ጠይቀናቸው ፍቃደኛ አልሆኑም» የሚል መልስ ነው የሰጡኝ። በአጭሩ፣ በአንድነት ፓርቲ ዘንድ፣  ከማንም ድርጅት ጋር፣ በጋራ መስራት በሚቻልበት ሁኔታ አብሮ ለመስራት፣ ሰላማዊ ሰልፎችን  ለማስተባበር ፣ ፍቃደኝነት እንዳለ ነዉ የተረጋገጠልኝ።

 

ነገር ግን ከእናንተ አዎንታዊ ምላሽ ልናገኝ አልቻልንም። «የሚጠየቁት ጥያቄዎች አንድ አይነት ሆነው፣ ለሰልፍ የሚጠራዉ ህዝብ አንድ ሆኖ፣ በሁለት ሳምንት ጊዜ ዉስጥ፣ ሁለት ሰላማዊ ሰልፎች መጥራት ምን ይባላል ? ። ገንዘብና ጊዜ ማባከን ነዉ» በሚል ብትችሉ አብራችሁ  ከአንድነት ጋር መስክረም 5 ቀን ሰልፍ እንድታደርጉ፣ ካልተቻለ ደግሞ የሰልፉን ቀን ትንሽ ራቅ እንዲል ተማጸንን።

በነሐሴ 26 ቀን በአዲስ አበባ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ መጥራት፣ በጋምቤላና በአሶሶ፣ ነሐሴ 26 ቀን  የአንድነት ፓርቲ ሊያደርጋቸው ያቀዳቸውን  ሰላማዊ ሰልፎችና በዚያም የሚኖረው ሕዝብ ጥያቄ በስፋት እንዳይዘገብና ትኩረት እንዳያገኝ የሚያደርግ መሆኑን በማስገንዘብ፣ ለጋምቤላና ለአሶስ ሕዝብ ክብር እንድትሰጡም ጠየቅናችሁ።

ነገር ግን «አልሰማም፣ እምቢ አሻፈረን» አላችሁ። ግትር ሆናችሁ።  በሰንደቅ ጋዜጣ ላይ የድርጅታችሁ ሊቀመንበር አቶ ይልቃል «ለምን ከሌሎች ድርጅቶች ጋር አብራችሁ አትሰሩም ? » ተብለው ሲጠየቁ «ምን የሚረባ ድርጅት አለህ ብለህ ነዉ ? » የሚል አሳዛኝና አሳፋሪ ከአንድ የፖለቲካ ድርጅት መሪ የማይጠበቅ ምላሽ ነበር የሰጡት። በአሜሪካን ድምጽ ራዲዮ፣  ከማንም ድርጅት ጋር ግንባር፣ ቅንጅት፣ ዉህደት ለመፍጠር  ሰማያዊ ፓርቲ ፍላጎት እንደሌለውም አቶ ይልቃል በድጋሚ አስምረዉበታል። በአጭሩ ሰማያዊ ፓርቲ ለብቻው መጓዝ የመረጠ ይመስላል። በዚህም ምክንያት ሰማያዊ ፓርቲ ከሰላሳ ስምንቶቹ ዉጭ ሊሆን ችሏል።

ተጨማሪ ያንብቡ:  ጥያቄዉ የሃይማኖት ሳይሆን የሰብዓዊ መብት ጥያቄ ነዉ ! አማኑኤል ዘሰላም

የአንድነት ፓርቲ አመራር አባላት፣ «ሰማያዊም ሆነ ማንም ድርጅት፣  ድርጅታዊ ነጻነትና፣ ባመነበትና ባቀደው መንገድ የመንቀሳቀስ መብት አለዉ» በሚል የሰማያዊም ሆነ የሌሎችን ሥራ ላይ አስተያየት መስጠት አልፈልጉም። ሌሎች የሚያደርጉትን  ለነርሱ ትተው፣  በኦሮሚያ የሚደረጉ እንቅስቃሴዎችን በመቀጠል በሮቤና በአዳማ፣ እንዲሁም በመቀሌ፣ አሶሳ፣ ጋምቤላእንዲሁም አዲስ አበባ  ሰላማዊ ስለፎችን ለማድረግ እየተዘጋጁ  ነዉ። የኢትዮጵያን ሕዝብ፣  በአዲስ አበባ ብቻ ሳይሆን በደቡብ፣ በትግራይ፣ በአማራዉ ክልል፣ በኦሮሚያ ፣ በጋምቤላ፣ በቤኔሻንጉል …እያንቀሳቀሱት ነዉ። ጸጥ ብለው ስራቸውን እየሰሩ ነዉ። በዚህ በርቱ፣ ቀጥሉበት እንላቸዋለን።

 

ድርጅታችሁ በሕዝብ ካልተደገፈ የትም ሊደርስ አይችልም። እንደከዚህ በፊትም  ሕዝቡ በቀላሉ ለፖለቲካ ድርጅቶች ድጋፍ ለመስጠት ፍቃደኛ አይደለም። ሕዝቡ ከፖለቲካ ድርጅቶች የሚጠብቀዉ ነገር አለ። «አንድ የተቃዋሚ ድርጅት ኢሕአዴግን ተክቶ፣ በኢትዮጵያ ዉስጥ ያሉ ልዩነቶችን አጣቦ፣ ያገሪቷን አንድነት ጠብቆ፣ በአገሪቷ ሁሉ ሰላምና መረጋጋትን አስፍኖ አገር ማስተዳደር ይችላል ወይ ?» የሚል ጥያቄ ይጠይቃል። ሕዝቡ «ምን ያህል ኢሕአዴግን ይቃወማል ?» የሚል ጥያቄ አይደለም የሚጠይቀው። «ከኢሕአዴግ ይሻላል ወይ ? » የሚል ጥያቄ ነዉ የሚጠይቀዉ። ሕዝብን ለማሰባሰብ የሚችል ድርጅት ደግሞ ሌሎችን የሚያከብር፣ ትሁት መሪዎች ያሉት ድርጅት መሆን ይኖርበታል።

 

እንግዲህ ትህትና ይኑራችሁ እላለሁ። ከአሁን ለአሁን አንድ ሰልፍ ጠራችሁና እራሳችሁን እንደ ግዙፍ ማየታችሁን አቁማችሁ፣ ለኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ ፍላጎትና ጥያቄ እራሳችሁን አስገዙ እላለሁ። በነሐሴ 26 የጠራችሁትሰላማዊሰልፍንሰርዙ። የአዲስ አበባ ሕዝብ በአስራ አምስት ቀናት ዉስጥ ሁለት ጊዜ ሰልፍ ሊወጣ አይገባም። ሰልፍ ለማዘጋጀት ትልቅ የገንዘብ አቅም ይጠይቃል። በመሆኑም ሰልፉን መስክረም 5 ቀን ከአንድነት ፓርቲ ጋር አብራችሁ አድርጉ። በአንድነት ፓርቲና በሰማያዊ ፓርቲ ፣ ካስፈለገም ሌሎች ድርጅቶችን ያቀፈ ግብረ ኃይል ተቋቋሞ የመስከረም 5ቱን ሰልፍ ያስተባብር። ይሄን ለማድረግ ትንሽ ጊዜ ካስፈለገም የመስከረም 5 ቱን ሰልፍ በአንድ ወይንም 2 ሳምንታት እልፍ እንዲል ማድረግም ይቻላል።

ተጨማሪ ያንብቡ:  የቅድሚያ ቅድሚያ ትኩረት ዒላማን እና አቅጣጫን የሳተ አስተሳሰብና አካሄድ! - ጠገናው ጎሹ

 

እግርጥ ነዉ ለኢሕአዴግ የሶስት ወራት ጊዜ ሰጥታችሁታል። «ጥያቄያችንን ስላልመለሰ በገባነው ቃል መሰረት በሶስት ወሩ ሰልፍ መዉጣት አለብን» የሚል አስተያየት ሊኖራችሁ ይችላል። እስቲ ልጠይቃችሁ …ከመጀመሪያዉ ሰልፍ በኋላ ያልሰማችሁ ኢሕአዴግ፣ አሁን ለምን ይሰማቹሃል ? እንዳለፈው ጊዜ የአንድነት/መኢአድ አባላትና ደጋፊዎች አይተባበሯችሁም ።  ለምን ለመስክረም 5 ዝግጅት ስለሚያደርጉ። ለሰልፍ የሚመጣዉ ሕዝብም ቁጥሩ ሊያንስ ይችላል። ያ ደግሞ የበለጠ ተቀባይነታችሁን ይሸረሽርዋል እንጂ የሚፈይደው አንዳች ፋይዳ የለም።

 

ይልቅስ  በኢሕአዴግ ላይ የበለጠ ጫና ማሳደር ከፈለጋችሁ፣ በሚቀጥለው ሰልፍ ኢሕአዴግ እንዲሰማ ከፈለጋችሁ፣ ከአንድነት ፓርቲ፣ ከመኢአድ ከመሳሰሉ ጋር እጅና ጓንት ሆናችሁ መስራት ይኖርባቹሃል። የአንድነት ፓርቲ ያለ አንዳች ቅደመ ሁኔታ ከናንተ ጋር ለመነጋገር፣ ሕብረት ለመፍጠር ዝግጁ ነዉ። ከእናንተ ጋር ብቻ አይደለም ከማንም ድርጅቶች ጋር አብሮ መስራት ይፈልጋል። ለዚህም ነዉ ከአምስት አመት በላይ በመድርክ ዉስጥ ሲንቀሳቀስ የነበረዉ። (ይሄን ያህል ዉጤት ባይገኝም)  ለዚህም ነዉ ከመድረክ አልፎ፣ መድረክን ተክቶ፣ ድርጅቶችን በሚስማሙበት ጉዳይ አሰባስቦ ጥሩ ሥራ ሊሰራ ይችላል ብዬ በማስበው፣  በሰላሳ ሰምንቶቹ ዉስጥ ፣ ድርጅቶች በአንድ ላይ ሆነው በአገዛዙ ላይ ጫና እንዲያሳድሩ እየሰራ ያለዉ። ለዚህ ነዉ ዘሃበሻ እንደዘገበዉ ከመኢአድ ጋር ለመዋሃድ እንቅስቃሴ የሚያደርገዉ።

 

እዚህ ላይ አብቃ። ተስፋ አደርጋለሁ ምክሬን እንደምትሰሙ። ሕዝቡ ይከታተላል። ሕዝቡ ሁሉንም ይመዝናል። በኢትዮጵያ ፖለቲካ ትልቅ ሚና ልትጫወቱ ከፈለጋችሁ ጉዟችሁን በጥንቃቄና በማስተዋል አድርጉ። ትላንት ግዙፍና ተወዳጅ የነበሩ፣ አሁን ግን የተተፉ የተቃዋሚ የፖለቲካ መሪዎችና ድርጅቶች እንደነበሩና እንዳሉም አትርሱ።

Putting aside some expressions which might have been perceived by some fellow Ethiopians like Ato Bekele with some sort of uncomfortable feelings ,I sincerely found the comment by Ato Amanuel addressed to Yilqal (Semayawi) a genuine, open /straight-forward ,clear and constructive . I do not think the questions and concerns raised by Ato Amanuel are complicated or difficult to understand and hard to do something good about them for the sake of not going back to kind of vicious circle as far as creating a real sense of coordination ,and move the struggle forward is concerned.
    I do not think the issue here is and should be whether the writer is a member or supporter of UDJ. The issue is whether the points and concerns he raised deserve a genuine attention and consideration. As I always argue , the culture of not focusing on issues but merely on the question of by whom they are raised ,and then categorizing that person as a member or supporter of this or that opposition groups is something we have to be concerned about. Believe or not, this kind of very naïve and unproductive political culture of ours has to be dealt with seriously and amicably if we want to make a difference in the political arena of our country.
    At Bekele tries to justify the reason why Semayawi wants to stay away from moving towards the making of close cooperation and coordination with UDJ by taking the case of Ato seye Abraha’s association with UDJ. Well, there is nothing wrong to express one’s concern about seeing Ato Seyae being a member of the leadership of UDJ . Once again, what is terribly wrong is when we either do not want or be unable to present our concerns in a civilized and productive manner. I do not think a process of political struggle ,especially a democratic one is a science and an art of working with the people who we agree with and love them. It is matter of dealing with those whom we disagree with to the extent of engaging ourselves in a very strong arguments and conversations. I do not know what kind of democratic system we could bring about if we continue lingering on a political culture and practice we suffered a lot from for a centuries.
    Ato Bekele tries to advise those who want to see all concerned oppositions to “leave Semayawi alone .” I do not think this kind of very naïve political belief and attitude will help Semayawi itself. As one of the admirers of Semayawi , I want to believe that the party leadership and its members and supports are not and should not be immature this much.

    Dear Ethiopians, let us not prolong our vulnerability to the terrible failures we have suffered more than enough by wasting our time, energy and knowledge in things that are very peripheral to our major issues and goals!!

    You seem to be naive about the theory and implementation of nonviolence struggle beyond its dictionary definition. That is why you are comfortably bold enough to say “leave them alone.” Of course, I assumed you said that because you like them not because you want to get rid of them by encouraging them to continue the dangerous path they are on.

    My advise is that this group could be dangerous to the movement altogether. They may start confrontation with the government that may result in death and the reign of fear again.

    Bekele, you see Semayawi party’s struggle approach and policy should emanate from what is on the ground and who is the government but not from who the leaders of Andinet are. That is laghuable.

    I hope Semayawi is not some kind of trojan horse for Ginbot 7.

  7. My advice to all including to the public is that:
    1) Andinet should cancel all its programs scheduled for Nehassie 26 in Dire Dawa, Awassa, Ambo, Debre Markos, Gambella, and Assosa

    2) The 32 group should cancel its public meeting scheduled for Nehassie 26 in Addis Ababa

    3) The public should stay home and watch the drama of TPLF

  9. አቶ አማኑኤል የሰማያዊ ፓርቲ ሰልፍ አምስት ቀን ቀርቶት አይሰረዙትም። ስለዚህ በዚያ ረገድ ብዙ አይጠበቁ። ነገር ግን ፓርቲዉ ወደደም ጠላም አብሮ መስራት ካልቻለ የትም አይደርስም። ሰልፍ መጥራት፣ መግለጫ ማወጣት፣ ያዉም በአንዲት ከተማ ቀላል ነዉ። ሕዝቡም በጫፍ እስከ ጫፍ አስተባብሮ ጠንካራ ሕዝባዊ ንቅናቄ ማድረግ ግን ሌላ ጉዳይ ነዉ።

    Seye was a brain power when he was TPLF. He was also Brain Power when he was Andinet. He was and still is one of the engines of peaceful struggle in Ethiopia. Seye has contributed a lot for the maturity of the opposition at home. If you and Semayawi deny that you have problem and you do not know the ABC of power struggle.

    That is what we are actually watching right now on Semayawi’s part. The ignorance of how to fight TPLF. Semayawi is dangerously digging its own political grave. Many parties come and go. Only few surpass difficulties and may become victor. Semayawi is not one of those. It will disappear from Ethiopian political struggle map soon.

    Bekele, you are too naive to ask the author of this article to leave Semayawi party alone. They need to go to peaceful struggle training camp. They are dangerously immature for the Ethiopian situation. The author of this article is helping them not harming them by writing this article.

    It seems you have liked the advise the article is conveying to Semayawi. What you did not like is its publicity. You would have preferred the author has sent them the article secretly. This is a reflection of your backward feudal mentality.

    In advanced capitalist society, they even buy good ideas. They buy it openly in the market. First of all you idiots have no moral ground to ask them to cancel their planned protest for they are the once who courageously started the Daring Demonstration against WOYANE while most of you were even scared of saying a word against Woyane lol now you want to stop them to do their demonstration for you.
    We all know the Young Blue Party leaders were brave to take the risk to call for demonstration at the time and if Woyane had killed them and the demonstrators you would shut up and sit down yet once these courageous young men opened the chance of holding demonstrations you guys want to monopolize the right of holding demonstrations you ANDINET and UDJ guys should be ashamed of saying this you guys are the on e who puts us in this situation and it will not long before you stupid guys call BLUE party leaders as WOYANE cause you only good at defaming people

    What Semayawi is , is a group that is formed by former UDJ members who were followers of Prof Mesfin Woldemariam.Basically the defacto leader of Semayawi is the professor. and every-one knows what prof Mesfin think of Ginbot 7 leader.

    By the way in case you do not know SEMAYAWI leaders used to be called “ZIMANELEMOCH”. They walked out from UDJ because they ave problems wit MEDREK.
