ስለመሬት መሸጥ መለወጥ -ተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ (ፋሲል የኔዓለም)

ውድ ስርጉትና ሌሎች አስተያየት ሰጪዎች የጽሁፌን ይዘት በደንብ ባለመረዳት ይመስል “ የምን ጠጋ ጠጋ” ብለውኛል። እኔና ኢህአዴግ ከምንጠጋጋ ጸሃይና መሬት ቢጠጋጉ ይቀላል። ወያኔን የምደግፍበት አንድ ነገር አገኘሁ ማለቴ ስላቅ ነው። ወያኔ መሬት አይሸጥም አይለወጥም ይላል። ይህን ያለው ከ20 በፊት ነው። ዛሬ ግን በሙሉ ልቡ ደፍሮ እንደዛ አይልም። ለምን? ያን ጊዜ የህወሃት ሰዎች ገንዘብ አልነበራቸውም። ዛሬ ግን የአገሪቱን መሬት ጠቅልለው የሚገዙበት ገንዘብ አላቸው። ዛሬ መሬትን በግል አዙር ብንለው መሬቱን እነማን እንደሚገዙት እናውቃለን። በ20 አመት ፖለቲካ ማሰብ የለብንም። ብዙ ህዝብ አገራችን ያለችበትን ሁኔታም የተረዳ አይመስለኝም። ዛሬ ገንዘቡ ኢፈርት በተባለው በህወሃት ድርጅትና በአላሙዲ ስር ነው ያለው። መሬት ወደ ግል ቢዞር እኮ የሚገዙት ሁለቱ ናቸው። እና 90 ሚሊዮኑን ህዝብ ባሪያ እናድርገው። ወያኔን ታግሎ መጣልና አዲስ መንግስት ማቋቋም ተገቢ ነው። አሁን መሬትን ወደ ግል አዙር እያልን ከጨቀጨቅነው ግን በደስታ ያዞርና ሌላው ህዝብ የዝምባብዌ ወይም የደቡብ አፍሪካ እጣ ይገጥመዋል።

 

አንዳንድ ሰው ስለ አዲሱቹ ካፒታሊስቶች የገባው አልመሰለኝም። ኢትዮጵያ እኮ የደቡብ አፍሪካ አይነት የኢኮኖሚ ስርአት እየገነባች ነው። በዘር ላይ የተመሰረተ ስርአት።

ለማንኛውም ለሌሎች አስተያየት ሰጪዎች የሰጠሁትን መልስ እዚህ ላይ እንዳለ አትሜዋለሁ። የአቋም ለውጥ ያደረኩ የሚመስላችሁ ካላችሁ ጽሁፌን እንደገና እንድታነቡት እመክራለሁ።

 

“ዳዊት ሰለሞን የተባለው ሰው በመሬት ዙሪያ ለጻፍኩት መልስ ሰጥቷል። አመሰግናለሁ። እኔ ከ20 አመት የኢህአዴግ የስልጣን ጊዜ በሁዋላ የተገለጠልኝ ሃሳብ እንደሆነ፣ ቀደም ሲል መሬት እንዲሸጥ እንዲለወጥ ስፈልግ እንደነበር የሚያስመሰል ሃሳብ አቅርቧል። ያነሳቸው ሃሳቦች ብዙም ጠናካራ ሆነው ባላገኘኛቸውም፣ ለትምህርት ይሆነን ዘንድ ትንሽ ለማለት ፈለኩ።

ቀደም ብየ እንደገለጽኩት መሬት ወደ ግል እንዲዞር ከሚፈልጉት መካከል ነኝ። ነገር ግን በዚህ መንግስት መሪነት የሚደረግን ክፍፍል አልደግፍም። ዶ/ር ታደሰ ብሩ ኢህአዴግ መሬት ወደ ግል መዞሩ ኢህአዴግን ቢጠቅመው ኖሮ እስካሁን ያደርገው ነበር በማለት መሬትን ወደ ግል ማዞር ለፖለቲካው እንደሚጠቅም ገልጿል። የዳዊትም ሃሳብ ተመሳሳይ ይመስላል። የእኔ ሃሳብ ደግሞ መንግስት መሬትን ወደ ግል እንዲያዞር ከመጠየቅ ፣ ስርአቱን ቶሎ አስወግዶ በዲሞክራሲያዊ መንገድ የሚቋቋመው መንግስት ፍትሃዊ በሆነ መንገድ ያከፋልፍ የሚል ነው።

 

ኢህአዴግ  መሬት ለማከፋፈል ለምን አልፈለገም? ብዙ ሰዎች ህዝቡን ለመቆጣጠር ስለሚመቸው ነው ብለው ምክንያት ይሰጣሉ። ሊሆን ይችላል። ነገር ግን መሬት ወደ ግል ቢዞርም ኢህአዴግ ሌላ የመቆጣጠሪያ ዘዴ መፍጠሩ  እንደማይቀር ማወቅ አለብን።   ለእኔ ዋናው ምክንያት ኢህአዴግ የራሱን ካፒታሊስቶች እስኪፈጥር ጊዜ ለመውሰድ ስለፈለገ ነው። ባለፉት 22 አመታት ወያኔ በአንድ ዘር ላይ የተማከለ ካፒታሊስቶችን ለመፍጠር ከፍተኛ ጥረት አድርጓል። በስልጣን ላይ እስካለ ድረስም ይህንን ስራውን ይቀጥልበታል። ካፒታሊስቶች በቂ ሀብት አጠራቅመው አገሪቱን ሙሉ በሙሉ  የሚቆጣጠሩበት ደረጃ መድረሱን ወያኔ ሲረዳ ፣  ማከፋፈሉ አይቀርም። ምክንያቱም መሬት  ወደ ግል ቢዞር መሬቱን የሚገዙት እነዚህ ካፒታሊስቶች ይሆናሉና። ይህ አካሄድ ደግሞ የአገሪቱ መሬት በጥቂት ካፒታሊስቶች እጅ እንዲወድቅ ያደርጋል። እነዚህ ካፒታሊስቶች ደግሞ በአብዛኛው የአንድ አካባቢ ሰዎች ናቸው። ወደድንም ጠላንም አብዛኛው መሬት በእነሱ እጅ መውደቁ አይቀርም። መሬት በመንግስት ስር ከቆየ ግን አዲሱ መንግስት  ሲመጣ በቀላሉ ይነጥቃቸዋል። አዲስ መንግስት ከመምጣቱ በፊት መሬት ወደ ግል ቢዘር  ፣ የሚመጣው መንግስት ጦርነት የሚገጥመው ከእነዚህ ካፒታሊስቶች ጋር ይሆናል።

መለስ በአንድ ወቅት  “መሬትን ወደ ግል ብናዞር መሬቱን የሚገዙት እነማን እንደሆኑ እናውቃለን፣ ሌላው ህዝብ መሬት የሚገዛበት ገንዘብ የለውም ፣ ስለዚህ መሬት ወደ ግል ቢዞር በአንድ ብሄር እጅ ተመልሶ እንዲገባ ማድረግ ነው።” ብሎ ነበር። መለስ አንድ ብሄር የሚለው የፈረደበትን አማራ ነው። መለስ ባለፉት 23 አመታት ሲሰራ የነበረውም ካፒታሊስቶች በአብዛኛው ከራሱ ወገኖች ብቻ እንዲሆኑ ለማድረግ ነው። በአሁኑ ሰአት መሬትን ወደ ግል ማዞር የአገሪቱ ሰፋፊ መሬቶች በእነዚህ ካፒታሊስቶች እጅ እንዲወድቅ ማድረግ ነው። ወያኔ ዘረኛ መንግስት ባይሆን ኖሮ ችግር አይኖርብኝም ነበር። ዘረኛ መንግስት ደግሞ ፍታሃዊ በሆነ መንገድ መሬት ወደ ግል ያዞራል ብሎ ማለት ራስን ማሞኘት ነው።”

  2. I am saying what I have said that what we lack is that a forum that could help converge all ideas for establishing a better Ethiopia, Fisil. You and Sirgut are deeply concerned about our beloved country and people, so do I. What I have come to understand is that we desparetly need is a forum that can help converge all ideas from all walks of life for a better future of our people and country.     Yes, your idea is realistic. I want to commend you here. But that same fear was there 23 years ago from the side of others. What Meles Zenawi once said (which you mentioned above) about the issue of land privatization was also realistic in fact. Now that new capitalists are emerging from another part of the society and you feel you may loose in the competition, you came to recognize the fact you have denied for 23 years. It is very nice of you at least to finally come to reality in principle.

  5. I agreed with a good detailed account of his opinion on land possession law. He predicted the event to happen behind the curtain and is a temporal strategy he considered for the very time he forwarded his view a day ago. We should make a community diagnosis and situational analysis what ever our upcoming interest is. Family has done this already so that he put his diagnosed and analyzed view. Good.

    your idea is quite clear. Some people just want to twist it or as always the weyanes want to seed a mistrust among the opposition. You did not have to explain it all again. The mischievous weyanes are busy looking for every means how they could creat a gap and insert a wedge among the people or the opposion. They twist words or creat and dissiminate lies or engage in nonsense discussions in the nsme of weyane-haters or true ethiopians so that the useful socialmedias look like useless among ethiopians.

    Great !!! It is a good assessment. However, I have got one question. When do you believe it will be fair to privatize land in Ethiopia? I expect you will say “After the TPLF falls”. You may feel that it will be fair to privatize land once TPLF is removed from power. But there will be another group (you can say TPLFites) who feel the opposite when TPLF falls. Some 23 years ago when EPRDF and many other groups supported the idea of public ownership of land, they had the same concern that you have today. You did not have that concern that time. You developed the concern as a result of what happened in political economy of the country over the past 20 years. But they (those who 23 years ago supported public ownership) developed the concern as a result of what happened in the country over a century. It looks that you want to begin the game when you are sure you will win it !! Right?

    To conclude, I would like to say it is very good that you at least came not only to understand how it feels to be on the other side, but also to bravely express it.
