ይድረስ ለሚኒሶታ መድኃኔዓለም ምዕመናን
ደብረሰላም መድሃኔዓለም ቤተክርስቲያን የተከፋፈሉት አባቶች አንድ አስኪሆኑ ድረስ በአስተዳደር ገለልተኝነት መቆየት ይገባታል!
ምክንያቶች፦
1. የደብራችንን ሰላምና አንድነት ለመጠበቅ ያስችላል።
2. የተከፋፈሉትን አባቶቻችንን ለማቀራረብ በሚካሔደው ጥረት ውስጥ ተሳታፊ ለመሆንና የክርስቲያኖችን ድርሻን ለመወጣት ይጠቅማል።
3. የክርስትና ጠባይ ያልሆኑትን የፖለቲካና የዘረኝነትን ነገር በደብራችን እንዳይኖር ይረዳል።
(ስለአገርና ስለኅዝብ መበደል፣ ስለቤተክርስቲያን ጥቃትና መብት ገፈፋ መናገር ግን ፖለቲካ አይደለም።)
4. በአገር ውስጥም ሆነ በውጪ በማንኛውም አካል በቤተክርስቲያን ላይ አንዲሁም በአገርና በህዝብ ላይ የሚደርሱ በደሎችን ተቃውሞ ድምጽን በነጻነት ለማሰማት ይረዳል።
5. ከሌሎች ቤተክርስቲያናት ጋር መልካም ግንኙነት እንዲኖርና በሕብረት ለማገልገል ያስችላል።
6. የምእመናንን ቁጥር ለማብዛትና የቤተክርስቲያናችንን ሁለንተናዊ እድገት ለማምጣት ያስችላል።
7. ወገናዊነት ሳይኖርና ያለህሊና ወቀሳ እምነትን በነጻነት ለመፈጸም ይጠቅማል።
ከዚህ አንፃር በአሁኑ ሰዓት ዘረኝነት፣ አድሎ፣ሙስና፣ወዘተ ወዳለበትና በቀጥታ በመንግስት በሚታዘዝ አስተዳደር ስር እንሁን የሚሉ ክፍሎች ተሳስተዋል። በደብረ ሰላም ዘረኝነት የለም! ለማንም የፖለቲካ ድጋፍ መስጠት የለም!
ስለሆነም ቤተክርስቲያንህን በመንግስት አመራር ስር ለማድረግ የሚሮጡትን ልትቀድማቸው ይገባል!
ለብዙ አመታት ገንዘብህን ፣ጉልበትህን ፣እውቀትህን ፣ጊዜህንና ላብህን አፍስሰህ እዚህ ያደረስከውን የአምልኮ ቤትህን እንዳትቀማ ተነስ።
የችግሩን መንሰኤና መፍትሄ ልቦናቸው እያወቀ አሳልፈው ሊሰጡህ ባሴሩትንም ‘ካህናት’ ላይ ርምጃ ልትወስድ ይገባል።

There is NO such “independent” Church. may be for a while but now it is time to pick. what i don’t get is what happend to vote! who are you telling us the church needs to be independent? who are they telling us this and that. This church is for ALL Ethiopians and we ALL need to vote and they better have 3 options not two. I haven’t heard anything from this so called “independent” church about our brothers and sisters in Saudi. Is that a part of being independent? A few people in that church including “Aba” is trying to fulfill their dream. Our so called Government didn’t care a bit while our brothers and sister are being raped and beaten up and they want to be a part of that? The options they given us is either to be a part of it or stay independent. what about third option? which is to be a part of the exiled synod? Those are the three option that needs to be presented. Let all Ethiopian vote and which ever got more vote that will be it and no one to take blame for it.Other wise either to stay independent or not they will be ALWAYS problems in that church.The writer(what ever his name is) suggest it is better to wait. till when? till we get a new government? till we close our churches? to till we fight inside the church? it has been years and years already. wake up and make up your mind! stay independent what is that mean?…make me SICK. put the third option on the table see how many response you get but you(writer) and other few people including “Aba” don’t want that because they know that is the option that most people want. we have to be strong and maintain our independent till the two separated Sinodos make united.
Ethiopian orthodox church is in crisis everywhere! 1. The government wants to control us through the church wherever we are. 2. Most of the clergies have become so worldly, they are no different from any of us, so they serve the govenment not the church. 3. The two Sinodos are as corrupt as each other. i.e. when the one in Ethiopia is Weyane controlled, I have no special love for the one in US. America is not our father country .They all should have stayed in Ethiopia and fight for the right of the church and Orthodox people. We the general public are at large are quite stupid about our church. We think it is scred. It is no more, churches are as political as any other party that myth is the one that is affecting us most. A lot people feel as it is the house of god it is ok that the priest does what he likes. Oh well they cannot, their is a revolution going on. Look what is happening in London. The church that the congregation bought with so much hard work is locked by the rude and despeakable priest known as as Aba Girma. All becuase he wants to hand over the church to Weyane. Wake up people, educate each other the crime and theft that is going on in our churches. The chruch should be run be elected members.
