ትንሽ ስለ ተስፋዬ ገብረአብ – አብርሃ ደስታ ከመቀሌ

‘የተስፋዬ ገብረአብ ማንነት አጋለጠ’ የተባለውን ፅሑፍ አነበብኩት። ገረመኝም። ረዥም ነው። የአንድ ሰው ማንነት ለማጋለጥ አርባ ምናምን ገፅ? ተስፋዬ ገብረአብን ‘ያጋለጠ ‘ ፅሑፍ ለኔ ምንም ዓይነት ተጨማሪ መረጃ አልሰጠኝም።

ስለ ተስፋዬ ገብረአብ ትንሽ ለመፃፍ የተገደድኩት ምክንያት አንዳንድ የህወሓት ደጋፊዎችና ተቃዋሚዎች ‘የተስፋዬን መጋለጥ’ ምክንያት በማድረግ እኔ አንድ ነገር እንድልላቸው ስለወተወቱኝ ነው። አንዳንዴ’ኮ ጎበዞች ናቸው። ተፎካካሪያቸውን ማኖ ማስነካት ይችላሉ። እኔ ደግሞ ማኖ መንካት እወዳለሁ፤ (ማኖ ካልነካንላቸው ከስድብ ዉጭ ሌላ የሚያውቁት ነገር የላቸው)።

ተስፋዬ ገብረአብ ጎበዝ የስነ ፅሑፍ ሰው ነው። ፅሑፉን ለመገምገም ማንነቱና ስራው አያገባንም። የፅሑፉ ይዘትና መልእክት መገምገም በቂ ነው። እንደ የስነፅሑፍ ሰው ጥሩም መጥፎም ስራዎች ይኖሩታል። ለምሳሌ ‘የቡርቃ ዝምታ’ ፅሑፉ መጥፎ ዓላማ ያለው መሆኑ የሚያሳይ ነው።

አሁን ‘የተስፋዬ ገብረአብ ማንነት ተጋለጠ’ እያላችሁኝ ነው። የሻዕቢያ ቅጥረኛና ሰላይ መሆኑ እየነገራችሁኝ ነው። ለዚህ ማስረጃችሁም በኤርትራ መንግስት የተሰጠው ግዝያዊ መታወቅያና በማስታወሻ ደብተሩ ላይ በፃፈው መሰረት ነው። ጥሩ ነው። ግን ተስፋዬ ገብረአብ የኤርትራ ግዝያዊ መታወቅያ ማግኘቱና የሻዕቢያ ሰላይ መሆኑ ምን ይደንቃል? እንዳውም ሲያንሰው ነው።

በመጀመርያ የተስፋዬ ስራዎች የምናነበው ኤርትራዊ ስለሆነ ወይ ስላልሆነ አይደለም። የሻዕቢያ ሰላይ ስለሆነ ወይ ስላልሆነም አይደለም። ‘ኢትዮዽያዊ ነኝ’ ብሎ ስለነገረንና ስላመነውም አይደለም። ፀሓፊ ስለሆነ ነው። የፕሮፌሰር ክላምፓም፣ ፕሮፌሰር ለቪና ሌሎች ስለ ኢትዮዽያ የሚፅፉና የምናነብላቸው የኢትዮዽያ ደም ስላላቸው አይደለም። ስለ ኢትዮዽያ ለመፃፍ የግድ ኢትዮዽያዊ መሆን አይጠበቅብህም። የተፃፈ ለማንበብም የፀሓፊው ማንነት ማወቅ ግድ አይደለም። ግድ የሚለን የፅሑፍ ይዘት መገምገም ነው።

ተስፋዬ ገብረአብ የሻዕብያ ሰላይ ነው እንበል። ይሄ አይደንቅም። እንዳዉም የሚደንቀው ሰላይ ባይሆን ኑሮ ነው። የኤርትራ መንግስት በሰጠው ግዝያዊ መታወቅያ ላይ የትውልድ ሀገር ደብረዘይት ይላል። መኖርያውም ናይሮቢ። ተስፋዬ ደብረዘይት ተወልዶ እንዳደገና ኢትዮዽያዊ መሆኑ ነግሮናል። ከኤርትራውያን ቤተሰብ እንደተወለደ ግን ይታወቃል። ተስፋዬ ይህም ቢሆን ክዶ አያውቅም። ከኤርትራውያን ቤተሰብ ቢወለድም (ተስፋዬ ሲወለድ ኢትዮዽያና ኤርትራ አንድ ሀገር እንደነበሩ ይታወቃል) ኢትዮዽያ ዉስጥ ተወልዶ በማደጉ ብቻ የኢትዮዽያ ዜግነት የማግኘት ሕጋዊ መብት አለው። የኢትዮዽያ ዜግነት ተሰጥቶም የኢትዮዽያ ሬድዮና ምናምን ሓላፊ ሁኖ ሰርቷል (ዜግነት ሳይኖረው ስልጣን ተሰጥቶት ከሆነ የራሳቹ ጉዳይ)።

ሌላ ነጥብ ደግሞ ተስፋዬ ከኢትዮዽያ ባለስልጣናት ከተጣላ በኋላ ወደ ኬንያ መሄዱና የኢህአዴግ ባለስልጣናት የኢትዮዽያ ፓስፖርቱ እንደነጠቁት ተናግሮ ነበር። እንዴት ነው ነገሩ? ፓስፖርት መንጠቅ?! ወይስ ከኢህአዴግ ባለስልጣናት ከተጣላ በኋላ ነው ኢትዮዽያዊ አለመሆኑ ያወቁ? ይህ የሚያሳየው ነገር ቢኖር የሻዕቢያ መንግስት ግዝያዊ መታወቅያ የሰጠው ከኢትይዽያ ተጣልቶ ከወጣና ናይሮቢ ከገባ በኋላ መሆኑ ነው።

አንድ ሰው ፓስፖርቱ ከተነጠቀ ዜግነቱ ተነጠቀ ማለት ነው። በሌላ ሀገር (ለምሳሌ ኬንያ) እየኖሩ ዜግነት አልባ (Stateless) መሆን እንዴት እንደሚከብድ አስቡት። ፓስፖርት ሳይኖርህ እንዴት በሌላ ሀገር መንቀሳቀስ ይቻላል? ኬንያ እያለ ፓስፖርቱ ከተነጠቀ እንዴት ብሎ ወደ ደቡብ አፍሪካ መሻገር ይችላል? (ሻዕቢያ ሌላ ፓስፖርት ሰጥቶት ይሆናል)። ለምንድነው የኢትዮዽያ ፓስፖርቱ የተነጠቀው? የኤርትራ ደም ስላለው ነው? እንዲህማ ከሆነ የኤርትራ መንግስት መታወቅያ መስጠቱ ተገቢ ነው። ምክንያቱም ብዙ ከኢትዮዽያ የተፈናቀሉ ኤርትራውያን በሻዕቢያ መታወቅያ ይሰጣቸዋል። ትክክልም ነው። ከኤርትራ የተፈናቀሉ (የተባረሩ) ኢትዮዽያውን የኢትዮዽያ መታወቅያ እንሰጥ የለም እንዴ?! የማንሰጥ ከሆነም መስጠት አለብን።

ስለዚህ ተስፋዬ የኤርትራ መታወቅያ ማግኘቱ አይደንቅም። እንዳውም ተገቢ ነው። የኢትዮዽያ ፓስፖርቱ ከተነጠቀና በናይሮቢ የኤርትራ ግዝያዊ መታወቅያ ከተሰጠው በኋላ ኤርትራዊ ሁነዋል። አሁን ‘ኢትዮዽያዊ ነኝ’ ካለ ተቀባይነት የለውም። የኤርትራ ዜግነት ካገኘ ታድያ ለሀገሩ መስራቱ ምን ይደንቃል? የሻዕቢያ ሰላይ መሆኑ ምን ይደንቃል? ኤርትራዊ አይደለምን? አዎ! ለሀገሩ መስራት አለበት፤ በሚፈልገው ዘርፍ። ስለዚህ ተስፋዬ የሻዕቢያ ሰላይ ነው መባሉ አልገረመኝም።

መርሳት የሌለብን ነገር አለ። በፖለቲካ ብዙ ዉጣ ዉረዶች አሉ። ብዙ የተጠላለፉ ስለያዎች አሉ። ብዙ ታዋቂ ሰዎች የታላላቅ የስለላ ድርጅቶች ቅጥረኞች የሆኑ አሉ።። በተስፋዬ ‘መጋለጥ’ የተደነቀ ሰው በነዚህ ሰዎች ስራማ ጨርቁ ሊጥል ነው። የሻዕቢያ መንግስት እንኳንስ ተስፋዬ ገብረአብን የመሰለ የህወሓት/ኢህአዴግ የዉስጥ አዋቂ፣ ታማኝ ሊሆን የሚችልና የኤርትራ ደም ያለው ምርጥ ፀሓፊ አግኝቶ ኢትዮዽያን ለመበታተን ያለው መሰሪ ተልእኮ ለማሳካት ለኢትዮዽያውያንምኮ በገንዘብና በጦር መሳርያ ይደልላል። ሻዕቢያ እንኳንስ ተስፋዬ ምርጥ የሀገሩ ልጅ ለአልሸባብም ኮ ያግዛል፤ መታወቅያ እየሰጠ እንዲሰልሉና እንዲያሸብሩ ይተባበራል። ታድያ ይሄ ምን ይደንቃል?

ተስፋዬ ገብረአብ በሻዕቢያ የተላከ የሻዕብያ ቅጥረኛ ነው አላችሁኝ። በተመሳሳይ መንገድ የተላከ ስንት የሻዕቢያ ቅጥረኛ ባለስልጣን ይኖረን ይሆን? ህወሓት በራሱ ኮ የሻዕቢያ ተልእኮ ለማስፈፀም በሻዕቢያ የተቋቋመ ድርጅት ነው። ህወሓት የመሰረተው ማነው? ሻዕቢያ ነው። ሻዕቢያ መሓሪ ተኽለ (ሙሴ) የተባለ ኤርትራዊ የሻዕቢያ አባል በትግራይ ለሻዕቢያ ሊያግዝ የሚችል ድርጅት እንዲያቋቁም ወደ ኢትዮዽያ ላከ። እነዚህ ህወሓት የመሰረቱ የሚባሉ ሰባት ሰዎች አሰባስቦ እንዲደራጁ አደረገ። ስለዚህ በተስፋዬ ስራ መደነቅ የሻዕቢያ ተግባር አለማወቅ ነው።

ተስፋዬ ገብረአብ ኤርትራዊ ከሆነ ከድሮ ጀምሮ ኤርትራዊ መሆን ነበረበት። መንግስት ሲፈልግ ዜግነትና ሓላፊነት የሚሰጥ ሲፈልግ (ከባለስልጣናት ሲጣላ) ደግሞ መንጠቅ የሚችል መሆን የለበትም። አሁን ‘ተጋለጠ’ የተባለውን ትክክል ከሆነ ተስፋዬ ኤርትራዊና የሻዕቢያ ሰላይ መሆኑ ግንዛቤ እንያዝ። ምክንያቱም መረጃ ጥሩ ነው። ሰላይ ስለሆነ መፃሕፍቶቹን አናነብም ግን አልልም። ምክንያቱም አንድ የሻዕቢያ ሰላይ የፃፈው ይቅርና የሲአይኤ (CIA) ስራ አስከያጅ የፃፈውም አነባለሁ። ሰይጣን የፃፈውም ካገኘሁ አነባለሁ። ጉዳዩ መሆን ያለበት አረዳዳችን ላይ ነው።

ተስፋዬ ስለ ፃፈው ጥሩ ወይ መጥፎ ነገር መነጋገር እንችላለን። የተስፋዬ ሁኔታ በማጋለጥ የተስፋዬን ፅሑፍና ሓሳብ ማጥቃት ግን አይቻልም። እንዳውም ህፀፅ ነው (Ad hominem Circumstantial Fallacy)። ተስፋዬ ብዙ ግዜ የሚወቀስባት መፅሓፍ ‘የቡርቃ ዝምታ’ ነች። እኔም አልወደድኳትም። አካኪ ዘራፍ ግን አላልኩም። ምክንያቱም ተስፋዬ ሓሳብ አንስተዋል። ስህተት ከሆነ ስህተት መሆኑ በፅሑፍ ማስረዳት አለብኝ እንጂ ወደ ተስፋዬ ማንነት አልሯሯጥም። ምክንያቱም ተስፋዬ ፀሓፊ እንጂ ባለስልጣን አይደለም። ፅሑፍ ሓሳብ ነው። ስልጣን ግን ተግባር አለው። ሓሳብ ሰለማዊ ነው። ስልጣን የማስገደድ ባህሪ አለው። ሓሳብ የማሳመን ስራ እስከሆነ ድረስ የጭንቅላት ጨዋታ ነው። ስልጣን ግን በሃይል የማስፈራራት እርምጃም አለው። በሓሳብ ያለመቀበል መብታችን የተጠበቀ ነው። በስልጣን ግን ያለመቀበል መብታችን ሊጣስ ይችላል።

ስለዚህ ማንኛውያም የሓሳብ ክርክር ለመቀበል ዝግጁ ነኝ። ማንኛውም የስልጣን (የሃይል) እርምጃ ለመቀበል ግን አልተነሳሁም። ተስፋዬ ፀሓፊ እስከሆነ ድረስ (ኤርትራዊ ሰላይ ጭምር) አያስፈራኝም፤ ማንነቱ ስለተጋለጠም ትኩረት የምሰጠው ጉዳይ አልሆነም። ባለስልጣን ቢሆን ኑሮ ግን (አስቡት ሰላይ ሁኖ ባለስልጣን) እቃወመው ነበር። ማንነቱ በመጋለጡም ደስ ይለኝ ነበር።

ለመረጃ እንዲሆን ግን ተስፋዬ ‘የቡርቃ ዝምታ’ የፃፈው የኢህአዴግ ባለስልጣንና የኢትዮዽያ ዜግነት ጨብጦ በነበረበት ግዜ ነው። መፅሓፉም ገዢዎቻችን እያጨበጨቡ አስመርቀውለታል። ስለዚህ ኢትዮዽያዊ እያለ የፃፈው ነው። ከድሮ ጀምሮ ሰላይ ነበር ካልን ሌላ ጉዳይ ነው። እኔ ደግሞ ለምን የሻዕቢያ ሰላይ የሚድያ ባለስልጣን አድርገን ሾምን? ብዬ እጠይቃለሁ።

እንደሚድያ ሰዎች የተስፋዬ ማንነት ማጋለጣቸው ግን ጥሩ ነው። ምክንያቱም ግዴታቸው ተወጥቷል። በዚህ መሰረት ለተስፋዬም (ላልታወቁ ሌሎችም) ጥንቃቄ ማድረግ ይኖርብናል። በፌስቡክም ቢሆን ስንት ያልተደረሰባቸው ሰላዮች ይኖራሉ።

  7. Realy it is a wonderful comment. A real reader reads a book to get some information whereas using or disregarding the information is solely up to his/her personal judgment.
    I read almost all books of Tesfaye. As a writer, he wrote the realities in our society and the other side of our history which we fear to confront with. Writing books about unspoken part of our history can’t justify anti-Ethiopianism of the writer as he writes the realities on the ground. For instance, what Tesfaye raised in his book entitled as “Yeburka Zemita” is a story that was orally told in Arsi area for many years concerning Oromo oppression during the Neftegna system. What Tesfaye did was retelling us the story in well articulated terms.
    Similarly, writing about positive of Ertiria can’t justify Tesfaye’s over sympathy to Eritria as writing about any subject is the right of a writer and so many foreign writers also did same about Ethiopia.
    In my opinion, we must be courageous enough to frankly discuss about our past’s good and bads without any accusation.

He even went out of topic to criticize Judge W/Michael dude the point here is that we got a material evidence shows Tesfsye has been working for Shabia and unlike the stories he has been telling how he is Ethiopian the evidences shows that he is more Eritrean than Isayas.
    No body cares about how Woyanes feel about Tesfaye what maters is that Millions of Ethiopians who think he is Ethiopian learnt that he is Eritrean and working to dismantle Ethiopia and he clearly states that on his notes.
    There were millions of Ethiooians who been tricked by what he has been saying and writting now thee people had a material evidence to show them who he really is. Now it makes more sense why he hates Dr Negaso who has been working for united Ethiopia

As Aregawi Berhe – himself one of the 7 founders – clearly stated in his book ( A Political History of the TPLF) , Mussie was a Tigryan born in Eritrea who joined the EPLF in their early years of rebellion.     Yes it’s true the EPLF was 13 years old when the TPLF came into existence and hence it was in better position to assit in setting it up and possibly influence it to its advantage but to portray the TPLF as a complete creation of the EPLF would be gross misrepresentation of the fact damaging even to those advocating this version of history.

  41. Saying that the EPLF has had much influence inside TPLF. TPLF’s sympathy to Eritrea are clear testimonies of that. And one way TPLF came under such tilted influence in favour of Eritrea is because it was infiltrated by Eritreans due in part to the geographic as well as demographic/ethnic factors that bring the two together. That Meles Zenawi was a half Eritrean explains a lot about the TPLF with out much need to tell lies about who formed TPLF.
