በብርሀኑ ተበሳጨሁ፤ በሰማያዊ ተጽናናሁ፡ በአንድነት ደግሞ ተስፋ አደረግሁ

ከተክለ ሚካኤል አበበ

1-      ይህ ጽሁፍ ዓላማው አድናቆት፡ ትችትና ግብዣ ነው። የአንድነት ምሽት በቶሮንቶ ግብዣ። ከአድናቆትና ከግብዣው በፊት ስለፖለቲካ መሪዎችና ስለፖለቲካ ተንታኞች አትቶ፤ የብርሀኑ ነጋን (ዲባቶ) አቀራረብ ይተቻል። የሰማያዊ ፓርቲን ርምጃ ያደንቃል። የአንድነት ዘመቻን ስለማገዝ ያሳስባል። እንደው ተገጣጥሞ ነው እንጂ፤ አንዱን ለማሞገስ ሌላው መኮሰስም መከሰስም የለበትም። ግን አንዳንዴ ደግሞ፤ በጊዜ ያልተተቸ፤ ይለመዳል። አጉል ልማድ ይሆናል። ሁሉንም ለያይቶ ለመጻፍ ደግሞ፤ ጊዜ የለም። ስለዚህ ባንድ ወንጭፍ ሶስት ወፍ ነው ለመማረክ የምጥረው። ከሀተታ ልጀምር።

የፖለቲካ ተንታኝና የፖለቲካ መሪ

2-      የፖለቲካ መሪ ከፖለቲካ ተንታኝ መለየት አለበት። የፖለቲካ መሪ የፖለቲካ ተንታኝ ሲሆን፤ የጋዜጠኞችንና የፖለቲካ ተንታኞችን/የምሁራንን ስራ ይጋፋል። ያ ብቻም አይደለም። መምራት አቅቶት፤ ወይም መምራት ጠፍቶት፡ በአካልና በስም የፖለቲካ መሪነቱን ወንበር ተቆናጦ፤ በግብር ግን የፖለቲካ ተንታኝነትን ቦታ ይዞ፤ የፖለቲካ መሪነትን ስራ በፖለቲካ ትንታኔ ሊያካክስ ይሞክራል። ያም ብቻ አይደለም፡ የፖለቲካ መሪነት ሚናን ከፖለቲካ ተንታኝ ጋር ያደባለቀ መሪ፤ የያዘውን የፖለቲካ መሪነት ሀላፊነት ከተንታኝነት ሲለሚቀይጠው፤ ትንታኔው ንጹህ አይሆንም። ስለዚህ የፖለቲካ ትንታኔውን መቀበል ይከብዳል። ባይከብድም ትንታኔው ጎዶሎና ወደሁዋላ የሚጎትት፤ ወይንም ወደፊት የማያራምድ ይሆናል። ወይም ትንታኔው ለፖለቲካ ፍጆታ ብቻ የሚደረግ ጥልቅ ያልሆነ ትንታኔ ይሆናል።

3-      ለምሳሌ ብርሀኑ ነጋ ባለፈው የኢሳት ስብሰባ ላይ ያቀረበውን የንግግሩን ገጽ 16 መጨረሻና ገጽ 17 መጀመሪያ ብንመለከት ሀሳቡ ጥልቅ ወይም ሀቀኛ አለመሆኑን በቀላሉ ለመረዳት ይቻላል። https://zehabesha.info/archives/6563 ለዚህም ነው ምሁር ፖለቲከኛ መሆንን ከመረጠ፤ ምሁርነቱን ቀንሶ መሪነቱን እንዲያጠብቅ ግድ ነው የምንለው። ኦባማን ውሰዱ። ኦባማ ሲመረጥ ምሁር ነበር። ከአራት አመት በሁዋላ ግን ምሁርነቱ እየቀነሰ፤ ወደቡሽነት እየተጠጋ መጥቷል። የኦባማ የሶሪያ አቋም፤ ከቡሽ የኢራቅ አቋም ብዙ አይለይም። አሳድን እንበለው ወይም እንብላው እያለ ነው። ኢሳት ባዘጋጀው ስብሰባ ላይ ብርሀኑ ነጋ (ዲባቶ) ያንን መለየት ነው የተሳነው። በፖለቲካ መሪነት መጥቶ (በግንቦት ሰባት ሊቀመንበርነት) የፖለቲካ መሪነቱን ግን ትቶ፤ ምሁር ለመሆን ሞከረ። ተንታኝ። የፖለቲካ ተንታኝ በመሆን የጋዜጠኞችንና የምሁራንን ስራ መሻማት ብቻ ሳይሆን፤ ሁለቱንም ሳይሆን ቀረ። በዚህ ረገድ ጃዋር ይሻላል። እንደተንታኝ በደንብ ይተነትን ነበር። የተንታኝነቱን ሚና ትቶ ባለፈው ሰሞን የራሱን የፖለቲካ አቋም ሲያንጸባርቅም፤ ብዙ ሰዎችን ቢያበሳጭም፤ እቅጩን ነው ያስቀመጠው። ብሬ አድበሰበሰው። በእስር ላይ የሚገኙትም ይሁኑ በነሱ የተተኩትን ከነሱም የቀደሙትን ሙስሊሞች አካሄድና እንቅስቃሴ የሚጠራጠሩ ካሉ፤ ጥርጣሬያቸው በወያኔ ፕሮፓጋንዳ ነው የተፈጠረው ለማለት ይከብዳል። በወያኔ ፕሮፓጋንዳ የማይበገሩም ከተጠራጣሪዎቹ ተርታ ውስጥ አሉበትና።

4-      የዲባቶ ብርሀኑ ነጋ ያልጠራ ትንታኔ የመነጨው፤ ፖለቲካዊ መሪ መሆንና ፖለቲካዊ ምሁር/ተንታኝ መሆንን አጣምሮ ለመሄድ ከመሞከር ነው። የፖለቲካ ተንታኝ የምለው፤ በፖለቲካ ውስጥ በቀጥታ በአድራጊ-ፈጣሪነት ሳይሳተፍ ወይም መሳተፍ ሳይጠበቅበት፤ የአንድን ፖለቲካዊ ስብስብ/ማህበረሰብእ ፖለቲካዊ ሁኔታ እየቃኝ፤ ከአካባቢያዊና አለማቀፋዊ ሁነቶች ጋር እያጣቀሰ፡ የሁነቶቹን ምክንያት የሚያብራራ፤ ሊከሰቱ የሚችሉ ነገሮችን የሚጠቁም፤ አደጋዎችን የሚተነብይ፡ ተመልካችና ተናጋሪ ማለት ነው። የፖለቲካ መሪ የፖለቲካ ተንታኝ ሲሆን፤ አደናጋሪ ነው የሚሆነው። የፖለቲካ መሪዎች የፖለቲካ ተንታኝ መሆን የለባቸውም እያልኩ አይደለም። እኔ የምለው፤ አንደኛ ፖለቲካ መሪዎች የፖለቲካ ትንታኔ ችሎታቸው የሚገለጸው በፖለቲካዊ አመራራቸው በሚወስዱት ፖለቲካዊ እርምጃ ውስጥ መሆን አለበት ነው። ሁለተኛ፡ ፖለቲካን መተንተን የፖለቲካ መሪዎች ዋና የአደባባይ ስራ መሆን የለበትም ነው። እዚያው ድርጅታቸው ውስጥ እንደፍጥርጥራቸው። ይፋዊ ፖለቲካዊ ስራቸው ግን፤ መምራት እንጂ መተንተን አይደለም። አቶ መለስ ከሞቱ በሁዋላ ብቻ ያለውን ሁኔታ እንኳን ብንለመከት ግን፤ የግንቦት ሰባት ሊቀመንበር ብርሀኑ ነጋ፤ ከሲሳይ አጌና ጋር ያደረጋቸውን ቃለምልልሶች ወይንም ያለፈው ሰሞንን የኢሳት መድረክ ጨምሮ፤ በቀረበባቸው መድረኮች ላይ የሚናገራቸወን ስንለመከት አድራጊ የፖለቲካ መሪ ሳይሆን፤ ተንታኝ ጋዜጠኛ ወይንም እዚህ አገር እንደሚሉት ጠቢብ ምስክር ለመሆን ነው የጣረው።

5-      ያ ብቻም አይደለም፤ አሁን በእመ-ብርሀን፤ ሰላሳ ድርጅቶች የኢትዮጵያን እጣፈንታ ከህዝብ ጋር ሊመክሩ በተሰበሰቡበት መድረክ ላይ ለመነሻ የሚሆን የአስር ደቂቃ ንግግር አድርጎ የተቀረውን ሰዓት ለህዝብ ውይይት መተው እንጂ፤ የ55 ደቂቃ ድርሳን ማንበብ ምን የሚፈይደው ነገር አለ? ብርሀኑ ነጋ ባለፉት ሶስት ወራት በኢሳትም ይሁን በተለያዩ መድረኮች ያገኘውን እድልና ሰዓት ስንመለከተው ደግሞ የንግግሩ መርዘም ስህተትነትና አበሳጭነት ይጎላል። ያ ብቻም አይደለም፤ ሶስት ሺህ ምናምን አመት፤ መጀመሪያ በጸሀዩም በጨረቃውም በማምለክ፤ ከዚያ ብሉይን በመቀበል፤ ከዚያ ክርስትናን፤ ከዚያ እስልምናን፤ ከዚያ ካቶሊክን፤ ከዚያ ፕሮቴስታነንስዝምን፤ በመቀበልና በማቻቻል ለኖረች አገር፤ የሊበራሊዝምና ዴሞክራሲ መፍትሄ ለሀይማኖት ነጻነት የሚል የአንድ ሰዓት ስብከት ያስፈልጋታል? ቢቀርብንስ?

6-      በዚህ ኢሳት ባዘጋጀው ስብሰባ ላይ፤ ግንቦት ሰባትን ወክሎ ንግግር ካቀረበው ብርሀኑ ነጋ ይልቅ፤ የሽግግር ምክርቤቱ እጥር ምጥን ባለች ባለአራት ገጽ ወረቀቱ፤ የተሻሉ የሽግግር ሀሳቦችን አቅርቧል። http://etntc.org/ENTC/wp/wp-content/uploads/ESAT-Presentation-0818.pdf። እነሱ የሚመኟት ኢትዮጵያ ምን መምሰል እንዳለበት፤ ሽግግሩ ምን እንደሚመስል፤ የሽግግር ሰነድ የሚያረቅ ኮሚቴ ስለማዋቀራቸው፤ አለማቀፍና አገርአቀፍ የእምቢተኝነት ቡድን ስለማቋቀም፤ ድርጅታቸው ምን እየሰራ እንደሆነ ተናግሯል። ከሽግግር ምክርቤቱ አራት አመት ቀደም ብሎ የተቋቋመው ግንቦት ሰባት ግን ጥምረት ከተቋቋመ ከሶስት አመት በሁዋላ፤ የከማል ገልቹ ኦነግ ከተመለሰ ከሁለት አመት በሁዋላ፤ ገና ስለድርጅቶች አንድነት፤ በጋራ ትግል ወያኔን ስለማስወገድ አጣዳፊነት ይሰብካል። የዛሬ አመት፡ የዛሬ ሁለት አመት፡ የዛሬ ሶስት አመት ከነበርንበት ብዙም ፈቀቅ አላልንም።

7-      ኢሳት ይሄንን ስብሰባ ማዘጋጀቱ ይደነቃል። ይሁን እንጂ፤ የኢሳት አስተዳዳር የሆነው ወዳጄ ነአምን ዘለቀ የዛሬ አመት አካባቢ እንዲህ ያለው ተመሳሳይ ስብሰባ ሲዘጋጅ፤ (ያኔ ስብሰባው የተዘጋጀው በኢሳት ሳይሆን በግንቦት ሰባትና በነኑሮ ደደፎ (ዲባቶ)/ከማል ገልቹ ኦነግ ነበር)፤ እባክህን መሪዎቹ ንግግር ያሳጥሩና ለሰዉ እንዲተነፍስ ግዜ ይስጡት ብዬ አሳስቤው ነበር። ነአምን አንዳንዴ አይሰማም። ወይም ቢሰማም አያደምጥም። እነሆ፤ ባመቱ፤ ሌላ ውድ መድረክ ባከነ። የብርሀኑ ነጋ ጽሁፍ፤ የመጀመሪያው አስራሶስት ገጽ ለዚያ መድረክ አስፈላጊ አልነበረም። ነገር መቁረጥና ማሰጠር፤ እንዲሁም መድረክ ላይና ምድር ላይ የምናቀርበውን መምረጥ አለብን። ያለበለዚያ ትክክለኛና ውጤታማ ሚናችንን መለየት አለብን።

ተስፋ፡ አድናቆትና፤ ግብዣ

8-      መቼም ተቃጥላችሁ አትሙቱ ያለን ፈጣሪ መጽናኛ አያሳጣንም፤ በግንቦት ሰባት ሊቀመንበር አቀራረብ ብንበሳችም፤ አላህ የሚያጽናናን አላሳጣንም። የኢትዮጵያ ፖለቲካዊ ሁኔታ እኛ በምናደርገው ነገር ምንም ቀስቀስ በማይልበት፤ ፖለቲካዊ አየሩ ጸጥ ረጭ ባለበት ሁኔታ ነው፤ የዛሬ ሶስት ወር አካባቢ፤ ሰማያዊ ፓርቲ በአዲስ አበባ የተሳካ ሰላማዊ የተቃውሞ ሰልፍ አደረገ። ላለፉት ስምንት አመታት ሰልፍ አይታ ለማታውቀው አዲስ አበባ ሀያ መቶም የሁን ሀያ ሺህ ሰው ያስወጣ ሰልፍ ተከሰተ። ያ ያጽናናል። እነሆ ያኔ በያዙት ቀጠሮ መሰረት፤ ሁለተኛው የሰማያዊ ፓርቲ ሰልፍ በመጪው እሁድ ይቀጥላል። መቼም ብዙዎቻችን ፈሪዎችና ሸሺዎች በሆንበት ሁኔታ፤ ጥቂት ዠግኖች አልጠፉምና፤ የሰማያዊ ፓርቲዎች ድፍረትና ቁርጠኝነት የሚያስደንቅ ነው። የህወሀት ኢህአዴግ መንግስት ባለስልጣናት፤ በአዲስ አበባ መስተዳድር በኩል ሰልፉ ህገወጥ ነው ቢሉም፤ የሰማያዊ ፓርቲ መሪዎች ግን ሰልፉ ህጋዊ ነው፤ እንገፋበታለንም እያሉ ነው። የመጪው እሁድ ትልቅ ተጋድሎ ዋዜማ ላይ ነን።

9-      እንዲህ ያለውን ትእይነት ቆሞ መመልከት ብቻ ግን ነውር ነው። መቼም አንዴ ሸሸተን ወጥተናል፤ በወጣንበትም ቢሆን ግን፤ የምንችለውን እንኳን በማድረግ ተዋናይ መሆንም አለብን። የኛ የተቀናቃኙ/ተፎካካሪው/ተቃዋሚው ጎራ፤ በተለይ በውጪ የምንኖረው ተቃዋሚዎች ትልቁ ችግር፤ ማድረግ የምንችለውን እንኳን ማድረግ አለመቻላችን ነው። በሰላማዊም ይሁን ደማዊ መንገድ፤ በአመጽም ይሁን በጸሎት ለሚታገሉት ስንቅና ትጥቅ ማቀበል። ስንቅና ትጥቅ ላለማቀበል ብዙ ምክንያት መደርደር ይቻላል። ምንም ምክንያት ግን አጥጋቢ አይሆንም። ቅዳሜና እሁድ የዱለትና የቁርጥ ስብሰባ ላይ የኢትዮጵያን ጉዳይ እያብራራ የሚተነትነው፤ የምእራባዊያንን ሴራ የሚመሰጥረው ወዳጄ፤ የኢሳት ዝግጅትን የ20 ብር ትኬት ስሰጠው ፊቱን እንዳጨፈገገው መሆን የለብንም። ለሰማያዊ ፓርቲ ሁለተኛ ሰልፍ መሳካት እንጸልያለን። በጸሎት ብቻ አናበቃም። በግብርም እንከተላለን።

10-   መቼም በየከተማው ብዙ የማይደክማቸው ሰዎች አሉ። እነሆ በመጪው ቅዳሜ ማታ፤ በዚህ በኛ ከተማ ትንሽ ተንፈስ እንላለን። ተሰብስበን ኢህአዴግን ከመዘልዘል ባሻገር፡ የትግሉ በረከት እንጥፍጣፊ ይደርሰን ዘንድ የአንድነት ምሽት ያዘጋጁ አሉ። “የአእላፋት ድምጽ ለነጻነት” የተሰኘውን የአንድነት ለዴሞክራሲና ለፍትህ ፓርቲን ዘመቻ በመደገፍ እዚህ ቶሮንቶ ከተማ፤ እንደፈረንጆቹ ዘመን አቆጣጠር፤ ቅዳሜ ኦገስት 31 ማታ ከ6ሰኣት ጀምሮ’፤ 2050 ዳንፎርዝ ጎዳና በሂሩት ሬስቶራንት የቤተሰብ አዳራሽ የእራት ምሽት ተዘጋጅቷል። በሰሀን $ 50 ብቻ። ለጥንዶች $ 60። ለኔቢጤው ደሀ ደግሞ $ 30 ብቻ። ገቢው፤ ከወጪ ምላሽ ለአንድነት ፓርቲ የሚሄድ ነው።

11-   እነሆ፤ በአካል ከግንቦት ሰባት ህዝባዊ ሀይል ጋር ላንዘምት እንችላለን። በአካል ከሰማያዊ ፓርቲም ጋር አንሰለፍ ይሆናል። ከአንድነት የነጻነት ድምጾች ጋር ለመጮህ ግን አይሳነንም።ለሚጮሁት ጉልበት፤ ለሚሰለፉት ብርታት፤ ለሚዘምቱትም ጽናት ልንለግስ እንችላለን። በያለንበት አካባቢ ያሉትን የፖለቲካ ድርጅቶች እንርዳ። እዚህ ቶሮንቶ ያለን፤ ቅዳሜ ሂሩት ሬስቶራንት ብቅ እንበል። ቅዳሜ እንኩዋን፤ ላሊበላና ብሉናይል፤ ዞብልና ራንዴቩ ይቅሩብን። ቅዳሜ ማታ፤ ሂሩት ጋር እንገናኝ።

  4. Although I personally appreciate Dr.Berhanu Nega for his commitment for Ethiopia, I share your comment on his presentation. No matter how important the message of the piece was, it shouldn’t take that much time. If I were the moderator of the conference, I would have stopped him on the 15th minute of his allocated time. I think he is influenced by his profession (professor). whenever he comes to a meeting a speaker, his presentations are always GOOD but TOO LONG. I know and everybody knows that Dr.Berhanu is one of the best and outstanding economists. But the problem is we don’t have time or patience to listen lengthy lectures, Sorry!

    yes you are right somebody has to tell Dr. Berhanu to do more practical thing other than talking and commenting to each political events. He has to work hard and do effort to be successful in his goal. We need to see at list one thing on what he promised us.   18. Let me say first that Tekle’s appreciation for what Semayawi and UdJ are doing and the call for extending our support in practical terms is not only the right thing to do but a must to do if we want to make a difference .
    His comment on the style of Dr.Behanu’s presentation can be taken and should be taken as constructive way of looking at it if it is expressed in a genuine and respectful manner. The problem with Tekle in this regard sounds disingenuous and disrespectful. And by doing this, Tekle looks “smartly “cynical . I have to say that this kind behavior or mentality is not good for himself leave alone for being part of a big national issue and contribute to the consorted efforts in moving in the right direction and make a difference. I have observed Tekle’s very silly and negative way of expressing himself about people who he personally is not happy. I do not know why he chose that kind of way of highly negative and introverted expression to comment that it is better for Dr. Brhanu to consider making his speech shorter and give participants a chance to say their opinions.
    I do not know from what kind of epistemology and theory that say a politician cannot and should not have an analytical approach or should not be an analyst too. I do not know why Tekle wants to see things unnecessarily and destructively that way.
    I hope he will be courageous enough to minimize, if not get out of this kind of very difficult behavior to deal with.

      Although I have not seen a convincing argument that the muslim question is wrong headed, I have series doubts it will stay like this (or is sincere). Before it is too late to steer the wheel, we need to be cautious.

      On Dr. Berhanu’s presentation, although I have high respect for what he has done, his long lecture was not value adding to the current struggle.

      I commend your support of Semayawi and UDJ, our hopes for creating the Ethiopia we want to see tomorrow.

    We know that you do not support the Ethiopian Muslim movement. You pray day and night so this movement becomes unsuccessful. Last time you wrote saying muslim movement is becoming a strong force.   28. I don’t know why most of the comments have ‘you are sick’ kind of comments. I think maybe someone is submitting comments again and again?? Just because someone wrote what he/she thinks does not deserve to be called ‘sick’…in fact the person who is thinking that himself is sick! Coming to Tekle’s article, I think he has very good points and I agree with him. ESAT’s platform on that day was well intended but useless because of time management. As Tekle put it nicely, we Ethiopians do not want to hear past history, analysis of problem, etc. we had those upto our neck. What is clearly needed from political parties and other groups is leadership and solutions. I believe there were some groups who had presented tangible proposals and solutions, others were blah blah..I think ESAT had learned its lesson and will correct its problems going forward.
    Other than that, people who are outraged when Dr. Berhanu’s is criticized, you should think twice…even God has His share of criticizms let alone a person who has shown literally nothing…G7 should have been in a better position to fight the tyrant TPLF as they have more support and resources than the other political groups in the diaspora. Too bad it hasn’t shown anything so far!

  32. If the lengthy speech made by Dr. Berhanu had been made by another individual with no stature as Berhanu, then most of us would not have problem with Tekle’s critical opinion. We always have the tendency to worship personalities and thus become very protective of them from any criticism. We love and respect Dr. Berhanu for what he has been doing for our country. The best help we can offer is to render our honest assessment regarding the performance of him and the party he is chairing. In doing so, we are sharpening him like a knife. For what it is worth, i agree with most of the critical opinion of Tekle on this one. There are lots of issues i do not agree with Tekle, but not on this one. I hope we learn to think of leaders as ones who serve the people, and not the reverse.

    1. I knew Dr. Birhanu went far beyond the limit. Was this his fault? No way, not at all. The organizer (ESAT) has to take the blame for they may let him stop on time.

    2. Your critic lack credibility in the sense that instead of focusing on blaming time use you focused on the paper and tried to butcher Birhanu’s presentation in the ugliest way I ever saw. Please read the first two or three lines of #3, #4, and #6. It totally was insult.

    3. You tried using some jargon (new words) like “Dibato” which I didn’t understand. This kind of jargon may have connotations of closeness or contempt between the writer and the Panelist. For me because of the aforesaid points (3,4,6) I found it more of contemptuous than cordial.

    Don’t give up expressing your feeling; I like the way you exercised freedom of expression lest think of empirical facts surrounding Ethiopian politics for you may consequently be the subject of failure in opposition camp.

  43. This article should be a wake up call to the managment committe of ESAT to launch an investigation on political background of ESAT crews presently working either in the radio or TV channels. I think we should never been surprised with what Tekle had said about Dr Birhanu. All Tigrians all over the planet including the writer of this article (Tekle), Dawit Awramba, Mesfin Negash and others in diaspora who are involced in the media are waging any knid of smear campaign against ESAT and prominant political figures like Dr Birhanu Nega as much as TPLF has been doing. Tekle would like to show his ingenuine support for political parties only committed to peaceful struggle because he make sure that woyanes are armed to crackdown if things go ouit of their grip. As has been said earlier by one commentator he is very cynical and should be banned from ESAT for ever. He will do more harm to the people of Ethiopia if he is given any more chance. I remember when he went into fierce argument with Sisay Agena in one of current political discussion via ESAT-tv. He is absolute Woyane. Enough is enough. We must say a spade is a spade.
