ኑ ፦ ኢትዮጵያዊነትን በኒውዮርክ እናክብር

ኢትዮጵያዊነት በዘረኛው የወያኔ ስርአት ፈተና ላይ በወደቀበት በዚህ ባለንበት ዘመን እውነተኛ ተቆርቋሪ ዜጎች የሆንን ሁሉ በያለንበት ሳንታክት የኢትዮጵያ አገራችንን የአንድነት እና የታሪክ ታላቅነት መስበክ ይጠበቅብናል። አገራችን ኢትዮጵያ በዘር እና ሀይማኖት ሳትከፋፈል ለመጪው ትውልድ ለማስተላለፍ የያንዳንዳችን ያላሰለሰ ጥረት ያስፈልጋል፤ ለወጣቱ ትውልድ እና ተተኪ ልጆቻችን የኢትዮጵያዊነትን ፍቅር መስበክ የታሪክ ግዴታችንም ነው።
ይህን አላማ ዘዎትር ሳይታክቱ በሙያቸው ክሚያሳዩ የኪነጥበብ ኮከቦቻችን ጎን በመቆም የአላማ አጋሮቻቸው መሆናችንን ማስመስከር ይጠበቅብናል። በመጪው ቅዳሜ ሰኔ ፪፰፣ ፪፻፮ ( ጁልይ ፭፣ ፳፩፬） ከነዚህ አገር ወዳድ የኪነ ጥበብ ሰዎቻችን አንዱ እና ተወዳጁ የሆነው ቴዲ አፍሮ በኒውዮርክ የሰመር ስቴጅ ፌስትቫል ላይ ኢትዮጵያንን ወክሎ በሚያደርገው የዘፈን ትርኢት ላይ መላው በኒውዮርክ እና አካባቢው የምንገኝ አገር ወዳድ ኢትዮጵያዊያኖች በመገኘት ኢትዮጵያዊነትን ከፍ አድርገን በማድመቅ ለአገራችን ያለንን ፍቅር እንግለጽ። ስለኢትዮጵያዊነት ፍቅር በሚያዜማቸው ዜማዎች እየተዝናናን ሃገር እና ወገን ወዳድነታችንን እናስመስክር።

Do you mean celebrating the struggle we are waging for Ethiopiawinet in real practical terms that would strike its pivotal destiny ( freedom and prosperity) ? Simply put: Do we really believe that conducting sporadic and convenient political, cultural, traditional, musical/art , historical events mean celebrating Ethiopiawinet in the real sense of the term? Are we sure that these kinds of events would go beyond the usual over night get together ? I know this opinion of mine sounds outrageously controversial . But I strongly believe it has to be if we want to make a difference to a real sense of Ethiopiawinet. We come across a lot of fantastic rhetoric about the great history made by our forefathers and mothers without committing ourselves to carrying on their glorious legacies. We have come across songs or music that glorified our good side of history and that is good . We have come across and still are coming across songs or music that tell about the great sufferings of the people and that is well and good too. The problem we cannot disregard at all is when we come to the equation ( performance = actual outcome). This is very difficult, if not impossible to positively and powerfully justify . But, we still feel and believe as if we are in sate of celebrating a true sense of Ethiopiawinet.
I strongly argue that Ethiopia and her innocent people deserve much more than our very sporadic and self- satisfying overnight town hall celebrations. I hope we can do it!

We should go out and show our solidarity for a true son of Ethiopia who preaches only one and one thing, Love and Unity unlike OLF extremests and veterans of Arba Gogu who preaches hate to satisfy their desire to eliminate Amharas by disminating fictious and fabricated history rewritten by their mad and hate driven OLF so called historians

Soon a new Generation of Amharas will rise and say enough for killing Amharas unlike the coward AMHARA intellectuals of the past Generation who does not have either the will or courage to stand to stop the ongoing Genocide on Amharas
