  1. 1ኛ. ለ27 ዓመታት ከፊንፊኔ የተፈናቀሉ አርሶ አደሮችና ነባር የፊንፊኔ ነዋሪ ኦሮሞ ወደ ቄያቸው ተመልሰው ሳይቋቋሙ፣
    2ኛ. የፊንፊኔ ከተማና ፊንፊኔ ዙሪያ ዞን ድንበር መሬት ላይ ሳይቀመጥ፣
    3ኛ. የኦሮሚያ ልዩ ጥቅም ህገ መንግሥታዊ መብት አዋጅ ወጥቶ ተግባራዊ ሳይደረግ የፊንፊኔ ምርጫ የማይታሰብ ነው። ጊዜያዊው የታከለ ኡማ አስተዳደር 10 አመት ለምን አይሆንም በዚሁ ይቀጥላል እንጂ እነዚህ ቅድሚያ ሁኔታዎች ሳይሟሉ የፊንፊኔ ምርጫን ማሰብ አይቻልም። ሀገር አቀፍ ምርጫ ጊዜውን ጠብቆ ቢካሄድም የፊንፊኔ ምርጫ ለማድረግ እነዚህ የቤት ሥራዎች አሉበት።

  2. To deny indigenous people their right of ownership to their land today is to reaffirm imperial plunder, violent dispossession and years of blunt and systematic displacement. To say that reclaiming ownership is excluding the current residents is but to rationalize unjust appropriation. In effect, it is to vindicate theft. What excludes a people from a framework of voluntary association is dispossession by force, not legally reclaiming what was taken by plunder. If you have to condemn anything, you need to condemn plunder, theft, and unjust appropriations. Reclaiming one’s dispossessed land, even in its most nominal and symbolic sense, is merely pursuing justice. Claiming to be excluded from ownership by insisting on what is plundered and ‘stolen’ as one’s own is valuing the stolen property more than the people who are driven out of it.
