(ዘ-ሐበሻ) የኦነግ አቀባበልን ተከትሎ በቡራዩና አካባቢው የተፈጠረውን ችግር ምክንያት በማድረግ ከታፈሱት የአዲስ አበባ ወጣቶች አብዛኛዎቹ ቢለቀቁም ማስረጃ አግኝቼባቸዋለሁ ያላቸው 83 ያህሉ በፍርድ ቤት ክሳቸው እየታየ መሆኑ ይታወቃል፡፡ እነዚህ ወጣቶች በአራዳ ፍርድ ቤት ጉዳያቸው በጊዜ ቀጠሮ ሲታይ ቆይቷል፡፡ ነገር ግን ከትላንት በስቲያ ምክሰኞ ልደታ በሚገኘው ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት መቅረባቸው ከፍተኛ ውዝግብ አስነስቷል፡፡ በዚህ የተነሳም በታሳሪ ቤተሰቦችና በፀጥታ አካላት መሃከል ግጭት ተቀስቅሶ እንደነበር ምንጮቻችን ገልፀውልናል፡፡
እንደነዚህ ምንጮች ወጣቶቹ ቀደም ሲል አራዳ ፍርድ ቤት ይቀርቡ የነበረው የተጠረጠሩበት ወንጀል ነፍስ ግድያና አካል ማጉደል ስለነበረ ነው፡፡ ከዚህ ሳምንት ጀምሮ ግን ክሳቸው ወደሽብርተኝነት ተቀይሮባቸዋል፡፡ የመጀመሪያ ፍርድ ቤት የሽብርን ወንጀል የማየት ስልጣን የለኝም በሚል ነው ልደታ ወደሚገኘው ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት መዝገባቸው የተዘዋወረው፡፡ በሽብር የተጠረጠረ ሰው የዋስትና መብት የሚከለከል መሆኑ ይታወቃል፡፡
