(ዘ-ሐበሻ) “ሰላማዊ ትግላችንን አጠናክረን በመቀጠል የተነጠቁ መብቶቻችንን እናስመልሳለን” በሚል ሰማያዊ ፓርቲ ባወጣው መግለጫው ሚያዝያ 19 ቀን 2006 ዓ.ም በጃንሜዳ በሚደረገው ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ላይ የሕዝቡን ብሶት እናሰማለን አለ።
“ሰማያዊ ፓርቲ በመንግስት የሚፈጽሙ ሕገ ወጥ ድርጊቶች የሠብአዊና ዲሞክራሲያዊ መብት ጥሰቶች እንዲቆሙ ለመንግስት አካላት በተደጋጋሚ ጊዜያት ጥሪ ማቅረቡ የሚታወስ ነው፡፡ ይሁን እንጂ መንግስት እነዚህን ተከታታይ ጥሪዎች ተቀብሎ የማሻሻያ እርምጃ ከመውሰድና ችግሮችን ከመቅረፍ ይልቅ ጉዳዩን ችላ በማለት ችግሮቹ የበለጠ እየተባባሱ እንዲሄዱ በማድረግ ላይ ይገኛል፡፡” ያለው መግለጫው “በመሆኑም እነዚህ ችግሮች በአስቸኳይ እንዲፈቱ ለማድረግ ሠማያዊ ፓርቲ እሁድ ሚያዚያ 19/2006 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4 ሰዓት እስከ 8 ሰዓት የሚቆይ ከፓርቲ ጽ/ቤት እስከ ጃንሜዳ የሚደርስ ታላቅ ህዝባዊ የተቃውሞ ሰልፍ ያዘጋጀ ሲሆን የሠላማዊ ሰልፉን ቀንና ሰዓትም በአዋጅ ቁጥር 031983 መሠረት ለሚመለከተው አካል በደብዳቤ በማሳወቅ ሰልፉን ለማድረግ በዝግጅት ላይ ይገኛል፡፡” ብሏል።
“በዚህ ታላቅ ሕዝባዊ ሰልፍ ላይም ከዚህ ቀደም ተነስተው የነበሩ መንግስት በእምነት ጣልቃ ገብነቱን እንዲያቆም፣ ዜጎች ከቀያቸው ማፈናቀሉ እንዲቆምና ዜጎቹ ወደ ቀያቸው እንዲመለሱ እንዲደረግ የሚሉ ጥያቄዎች የሚነሱ ሲሆን ከዚህ በተጨማሪም በገዢው ፓርቲ ስልጣን እንጅ ለህዝብ የማይጨነቁት ተቋማት ስራቸውን በሚገባ ባለመስራታቸው ሕዝብ ለከፈለው ክፍያ አገልግሎት እያገኘ አለመሆኑም እያገኘ አለመሆኑም የወቅቱ አሳሳቢ ጉዳይ ሲሆን በተለይ የውሃ የመብራት የቴሌ ኮሚኒኬሽንና የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎቶች ሕዝብን እያመማረረ መሆናቸው በሠላማዊ ሠልፉ ላይ የሚነሱ ወሳኝ ጥያቄዎች ናቸው፡፡” የሚለው ሰማያዊ ፓርቲ “ይህን ታላቅ ሠላማዊ ሠልፍ የተሳካ እንዲሆን ለማድረግ የተነጠቁ መብቶቻችንን እናስመልስ ዘንድ መላው የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ፣ ሲቪክ ማህበራትና ሚዲያው ከሚደረገው ጥረት ጎን መቆም ሀገራዊ ግዴታ እንዲወጡ ጥሪያችን እናስተላልፋለን፡፡” በማለት ለዘ-ሐበሻ የላከውን መግለጫ ቋጭቷል።
Selamawi is not struggling against weyane but competing against UDJ. They are struggling against the UDJ. LOOK the objective they set is the same as UDJ. Why don;t they partner with UDJ and maximize the effort. If they were against the weyanes they would have done that ..but their intent and objective is to be seen as superior from UDJ.
What these young guys forget is that a strong political party, does not mean holding demonstrations here and there. A strong political party is a party that has a strong organizational structure and wide power base. Semayawi hold a big demonstration once in Addis. Mostly muslims were the reasons for having so many croud for Dimtachen Yissema endorsed that demonstraton, There monts later they tried ot hold another dmeonstartion, but the demo was unnoticed for people didn’t show up. Then they did another demonstartion in Gonder where only few people attended. In that demonstration there were arguments between Yilekal and some of the demonstators. They challenged why Semayawi show arrogance and not willing to work with others. Next time, I bate you Yilekal will not show up in Gonder.
The other event is the town hall meeting that was held in Diredaw; the small hall they rented was basically empty. In the second largest city of Ethiopia to have couple of dozen people is telling by itself.
To Semayawi party leaders; as a citizen it is my right to give my opinion. I am not member of any political party but I support any body doing good for us. I think ur goal is to throw the leading party away. So it is wise to combine with ur brother Andinet party so that u will be more strong. Even zebra knows what unity is. If u will not do this, the society will discard u & u will expose this poor society for supression.
