2. ፕሪይቬታይዜሽን የሚደገፍ ቢሆንም አንዳንድ የኢኮኖሚ ተቁዋማት በመንግስት እንዲካሄዱ የሚመረጥበት የተለያዩ ሁኔታዎች ይኖራሉ። ከተጠቀሱት ዉስጥ ኤሌክትሪሲቲ በባህሪው በሞኖፖል ያለ ተፎካካሪ የሚቀርብ አገልግሎት በመሆኑ በግል ከተያዘ በተጠቃሚው ላይ በየጊዚው የዋጋ ቁለላ ሊከሰት ይችላል፡፡ የ ቴሌ አገልግሎትም እንደዚሁ።
   አየር መንገዱ ከተመሰረተበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ የ ዜጎች መኩሪያ ሆኖ የቆየ ከመሆኑም በላይ አትራፊ መሆኑ ይነገራል። ታዲያ ያልተበላሸ ሞተር ለምን ይጎረጎራል? መኩሪያነቱስ ለምን ይበረዝ? ትንሽ ቆሎ ይዘህ ወደ አሻሮ ተጠጋ እንዳይሆን ነገሩ።

4. If these big companies transferred(privatized)to individuals or companies we afraid that those EFORT(TPLF)companies hijack and control the economy indirectly so Dr. Abey should think about it if he really has power to do it.

5. Indeed, it is a fundamental shift towards a market economy! but the goal must be to build a knowledge economy – sales of the enterprises must be based on competence profiles of the buying firms yet to come.
