1. Finally the Oromos and others have come to realize that the Amhara special forces and Fano pose a serious threat and have to be dealt with legally. The main target of these forces is Oromia because they believe that this region has missed its powerful ally the TPLF. It can be that with weakened TPLF, the Oromo may not be strong enough to defend themselves. Senior TPLF commanders who led operations against the OLF in the 1990s tells us in private that the Oromo forces may lose battles against the Amhara. The Amhara forces trained by Eritrea are becoming stronger and can destabilize the country.
