We are actively recruiting for part-time openings, typically morning hours for 20-30 hours\/week. Hours for this role would typically be between 8:00am \u2013 3:00pm, Monday \u2013 Friday. This is a long-term contract opportunity!<\/p>\n
DESCRIPTION\/DUTIES: In this position, your primary responsibilities include:
\n \u2022Calling and taking calls from participants\/clients in their wellness programs and scheduling appointments.
\n\u2022Answering basic questions that come in from participants and clients.
\n\u2022Making outbound calls to potential clients and participants.
\n\u2022Handling customer service needs for all parties involved.
\n\u2022Scheduling appointments for the Program Coaches and Managers, while maintaining their schedules.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:
\n \u2022Strong communication and phone skills. If you have worked in an call center environment before- that is strongly preferred!
\n\u2022Must have previous outbound phone experience and\/or experience within a customer service or sales call center.
\n\u2022Previous experience working in the healthcare or health management field would be strongly preferred.
\n\u2022Degree in health management or currently going to school for health management would be preferred.
\n\u2022Must have a solid work history.<\/p>\n
